From the first consultation with Stuart and his team, I felt at ease and they helped me with the mess that my previous lawyer had left in my lap. I had some special circumstances regarding my divorce, but Stuart stepped up and made everything very easy to handle. He and his team were very communicative, worked hard to get my case settled, and ultimately were great sources of peace during a rough period of my life. Despite having moved out of state after I separated, Stuart made sure everything was taken care of and that I was made aware of court dates well ahead of time, also ensuring they'd be online so I wouldn't need to fly back. I highly recommend this team, as they made an already stressful situation that much easier to handle thanks to their professionalism.

Instead, I found myself navigating critical safety concerns largely on my own. When I asked for assistance with filing an Order of Protection, I was told that "wasn't what I hired him for." That moment revealed something I did not expect to discover in a lawyer: an unwavering belief in the limits of his role, even when a child's safety was central to the case. Throughout my engagement, important evidence I provided was not presented, court preparation was minimal, and communication about procedures was unclear. I repeatedly found myself unsure of what had been filed, what had been argued, or what to expect in hearings that determined my child's day-to-day reality. What made this even more disorienting was the tone of some of the commentary I received. Rather than focusing on legal strategy or documented concerns, discussions veered into personal territory -- including remarks about hormones and "rabbit holes" -- which felt dismissive during an already stressful time. Financially, I was billed for work that did not translate into courtroom action, clarity, or preparation. The imbalance between cost and tangible representation left me asking a question no parent should have to ask while paying for counsel: "Am I actually being represented?" I'm sharing this so other parents understand what I wish I had known: a lawyer can be physically present and yet functionally absent. Family court is not theoretical. It involves children, safety, and irreversible outcomes. Clients deserve a legal advocate who sees the gravity of that -- not someone who treats concerns as detours. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.

When we contacted Mark Atchley ESQ to get much needed advice and direction, we felt a genuine concern for our predicament. Mark assured us that he would make this process a smooth and non-stressful process. We never had any doubt nor any thoughts of any snags or difficulties during the whole ordeal, although if there were any difficulties, we are 100% certain that Mark would not only handle the issues(s), but handle them where my wife and I would not experience any dread or stress. We highly recommend Mark Atchley ESQ to handle whatever issues you may be facing.

My credit score jumped from 400 to 695 and now I'm behind the wheel of a brand new car and just bought a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. I took the course Mark provided called 720 Credit and while it was difficult I learned from it and put into play the lessons and advice and now possess 16 credit cards all current and set up on auto pay to ensure timely payments. Now I hope to open a business in 2023 and none of this would have been possible without the Atchley Law Firm. Thanks Mark

Marco, PLLC turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. I contacted the firm via MetLife Legal. What immediately stood out was how wholesome and thorough their approach was. Dan and his team -- especially his incredibly dedicated paralegal, Steve -- didn't just react; they were always ahead of the process, keeping every stakeholder informed and ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. Steve's hard work and attention to detail behind the scenes were evident every step of the way, and his contributions made a real difference in how smoothly everything moved forward. Their communication was exceptional, and I always knew exactly where things stood. They set realistic expectations from the start, which made the entire journey far less stressful than I anticipated. Most importantly, Dan and Steve fought hard for me -- and it showed. Thanks to their dedication and strategic approach, I was able to secure a considerable settlement for which I'm truly grateful. What also speaks volumes about Dan's character is that he is the author of "Everywhere Nowhere: No One Really Dies As Long As You're Alive" -- a fascinating read that gives you a deeper sense of the thoughtfulness and humanity he brings not just to his writing, but to every client he represents. If you're looking for an attorney who is communicative, strategic, compassionate, and relentlessly dedicated to your best outcome, Dan Marco and his outstanding team -- Steve included -- are the ones to call. I can't recommend them highly enough.
