I got waxed here 2 days ago and it was honestly a horrible job. The technician kept going over the same spots, which you're NOT supposed to do, and it left my eyelids burning and irritated. It felt like they didn't know what they were doing. I had an event to attend and instead walked out with irritated skin and discomfort. I paid $45 for this, which is completely unacceptable. Threading might be okay here, but do NOT get waxing done unless you want to risk skin irritation like I did. read more

My go-to eyebrow place. They do a good job at preserving my natural shape. The service is really fast too.

They only have 1 worker at a time with 8-10 people waiting it takes about 45 min to an hour to get seen. Wouldn't recommend. They only have one certified waxer and the other girl just does eyebrows. Waste of time. read more

I went here today to get my eyebrows threaded and was very disappointed with the service. She did a very bad job and did not seem knowledgeable on how to properly thread eyebrows. I left with no eyebrow shape and lots of extra hairs on my eyebrows. I ended up going to a different salon to get it fixed, as I did not want to go back here and get my eyebrows more messed up. Cumulative review from past few visits is that it's a hit or miss here depending on who does your eyebrows. Some of the ladies do a clean up as requested while others don't and completely change the shape of your brow. During my most recent experience I left with threading burn/ cut on my chin. this happened weeks ago... but the last time i got my brows done here, the lady who did them was on her phone and did not hang up to thread my eyebrows. during the whole service, the lady kept talking even with the thread in her mouth, and i was terrified she was going to make a mistake. it just seemed so unnecessary - her conversation sounded very casual, like not something extremely urgent/important. it just made me feel like her focus wasn't on my brows. when she finished i didn't love them - they seemed thinner than i usually get them. sad because this was my go-to spot for brows whenever i go home to visit my parents. ugh. future tip to anyone doing beauty services, especially one that involves having something in your mouth (thread): please don't be on your phone while with a customer!! read more

Came here to get my eyebrows did. It was kind of super hidden. 10 bucks for a threading. She was super nice and talkative. Plenty of parking and the store was really clean they also do hanna tattoos. I really don't trust anyone with my eyebrows, and should have trusted my gut. The threader was nice, but is accustomed to doing eyebrows in a certain way and didn't understand what I meant by "clean up only." My eyebrows are now overly done for my taste (I prefer naturally thicker and it's okay to not be matchy). I ended up fixing them myself bc it was taking too long and I was only taking a break from my Covid-realty. She was also very heavy handed with the aloeVera gel (dropped down my face in multiple places). I was told I didn't have to pay, but I paid because everyone deserves to be compensated. read more
