I really didn't wanna write this review but I feel like I have to. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with this place. I have my usual lash lady elsewhere that I go to but I had a new job starting in 2 days and she didn't have any appointments in that time so I decided to give this place a try. I have been getting my lashes done for over 3 years now so I have a good idea of what I want and am knowledgeable enough about lashes to explain it. I talked to the lash tech for a while to explain to her what I was wanting and the final look left me a bit disappointed as it did not look at all like how I wanted it to. But it's fine, whatever. What made it worse was that the next morning I woke up with white crust all along my lash line. I texted them to ask why it happened and they said it could possibly be from makeup or being outside and to seek medical help (i hadn't worn any makeup in days and hadn't been outside since coming home from the appointment). I also told them I've never experienced anything like this in all the years i've been getting my lashes done. I tried washing my lashes but the crust was still there so I was sat in front of my mirror for 2 hours picking the gunk out with my tweezers. On top of all that, I had the most painful burn that I have experienced and could genuinely not see anything. I've experienced some bad burns from the chemicals in previous lash appointments but this was by far the worst I've ever experienced. I had red eyes for at least a full week and it looked horribly unprofessional for my new job. Fast forward a few weeks, I'm back at my usual lady to fix the mess and I told her about the white gunk on my lash line and showed her pictures. She said it was more than likely from them using too much glue or going too fast and it couldn't possibly be from makeup or being outside. I was pretty upset because I believed it was my fault and didn't push it. But it is what it is. My vision is still a bit blurry after a month. TLDR, I personally do not recommend this place, if you wanna give it a try go ahead, maybe they'll pair you with a better tech. read more

I had called once again about 45 before walking in and verified the price was going to be $109.99 and once again when I had walked in and verified in person. After getting my lashes done and was finishing up and getting ready to pay they had ended up charging me $179.99????? Worst place to do your eyelashes. First they don't know what they are doing, I asked for a volume full set and she gave me a classic. Laying down for 2+plus hours just to give me a classic set. And then I asked for someone to fill it in and I couldn't make it the day LORI asked me to come in so she basically said you snooze you loose. I had another issues with this place, after cutting ties with this business. They continue to keep my debit card on file and charge my card for the subscription I originally had cancelled LONG before the interaction with Lori the manger . I don't recommend a subscription , I cancelled this way before because the ladies couldn't explain to me in detail why I was still having to pay on top of my visits . The fact of the matter is that Lori the manger should have been on top of this or the owner not once did anyone reach out due to the unprofessional behavior that Lori displayed. They still had my card of file and charge it! Dispute that I cancelled this subscription before the interaction with Lori. I will dispute these charges with my bank . No use of calling the manger because she is absolutely no help and will probably come up with some scenario to try to justify these actions, and so the owner Allison that responds to each 1 star reviews and also trying to justify the employees actions rather then holding people accountable. read more

Worst experience I have ever had! I showed them what I wanted and they said it would be no problem. Well after they completed the procedure i was shocked! It looked so horrible! I complained and they said to go home and let it settle. I returned and asked for a replacement . They then said what i wanted was not possible. This review is about an appointment I had on 09/10/2025 and manager Lori. I called Amazing Lash Studio on 9/10/2025, and Lori answered. I explained to her my lash retention was poor from an appointment I just had on 9/4/2025. I asked if they were any available appointments that's same day. She said yes,and I came in for my appointment that evening. After I finished my appointment, the worker at the front said that it was a $50 charged. I said I have a membership and thought the touch up was part of the membership. When the worker said no, I asked if I'll be able to talk to someone about the $50 charge. The worker said someone will reach out. I called back on 9/13/2025 after Lori left a voicemail about my appointment and charging my card. First, Lori accused me of trying to get free service. I said she never made me aware that the touch up was $50 when I called on 9/10/2025. I thought it was part of the membership because it was my first time hearing about a touch up service. Secondly, she accused me of not doing proper lash care. Then she thought I received the service before which I told her no. I explained to her that I've been a member for over a year, and have never heard of the $50 30 minute touch up until the worker in the front explained to me. I check the website and the price for the 30 minutes touch up wasn't there under pricing. I believe as a manager she should make others aware of any services/prices and not assume that longtime membership holders are familiar with the pricing of other services. I've been with them for a year. Usually my retention is good. So, when she accused me of not taking care of my lashes and wanting free service it was very off putting. She did backtrack and apologized. I was still charged the $50. I just want other membership holders aware of the optional $50 30 minute touch up charge if they don't know. This place injured my eye to the point of missing work for 2 days due to pain... when I contacted them about THEIR technician error, they told me to take a Benadryl and wait... I did and when it didn't help THEY ONLY OFFERED 1 FREE SERVICE... I told them I was uncomfortable with ANY of their technicians servicing me due to the level of pain I was left it for MULTIPLE days, and they told me they couldn't assist more. then proceeded to attempt to CHARGE MY CARD MULTIPLE TIMES after I told them MULTIPLE times I would not be going back... I left a comment on instagram explaining my experience on their most recent post and found that by the next day they had blocked me!! They also only would let me talk to management via email which I found to be strange. Moral of the story girls, DO NOT COME HERE!!! I used to have eyelash extensions done by this business some years back, and they were great! This review, however, is based on their lash lift and tint services. I got this service done after some convincing from a friend to have my eyelashes curled for a special occasion. I've seen that she's had this service done several times. She's always praising her stylist, and I always thought she had amazing results as well. I went in, not really knowing what I should be asking for, and after quickly looking at some photos on the wall, that I now realize to have been lash extension photos rather than lash lifts, I requested a natural lash lift and a tint. The person who did my service was Jessy, and she was very nice when briefly consulting with me. In hindsight, as this was my first time requesting this service, I probably should've asked about more information on what I should be receiving and what to expect at the end of the service. The results that I got were not up to the standards of what I expected to come from it. My eyelashes are usually very straight, but after the service was done, there was really only a light and inconsistent curl applied throughout my eyelashes. I've been told by people that my eyelashes look like they have a curl that you get after sleeping on your face when I ask them about the results. I expected more to come from this service, especially when I'm directly comparing results from my friend who had the same service done, but with a different stylist. I didn't realize how disappointing the results were until after I went home and compared the before and after photos. Granted, the photos were not taken at great angles because they were just supposed to be photos for me to look at, rather than images I intended to publish. I was expecting more of a difference to be visible despite the bad angles. It cost me around 120 for a lift and tint to be applied. I tried reaching out to them about my experience, and all they offered was $10 off an additional eyelash lift service and a free tint if I decided to go back. I fully understand that I asked for a natural lash lift, but I still expected to see more of a difference? Or at least my eyelashes to look darker since a tint was supposedly applied, but I also did not see much of a difference there either. In all, I was severely disappointed with the results, especially when I could achieve better-looking results with an eyelash curler and mascara. read more

Amazing Experience I was trying to find a place to get my lashes done last minute for the holidays and I stumbled upon this place. I was a bit hesitant but it worked for me given that they have evening availability. Upon arriving they consult with you based in the lashes you prefer and styles you like. Jesstrada did my lashes and they came out beautiful. I was very comfortable and was out before two hours. I love that they offer a monthly plan that allows for two fills a months. I don't recommend this place at all. I went in for a full set of volume lashes and they started falling out hours after. By the next day they were completely gone. I worked the next few days and wasn't able to make it within their 48 hour rule, wasn't refunded, and basically wasted 100$. This is how much they charged me that day and I already pay for the $160 dollar monthly membership. The 48 hour rule is very inconvenient for those of us with busy schedules (and lives). Going to a professional salon and for the money I paid I EXPECTED my lashes to last more than a day and had my next few days lined up with work. Unfortunately these lashes fell out and I was expected to change my plans around a book a new appointment to meet their 48 hour rule even though THEIR product failed. The only good thing I can say is my technician was very sweet and professional. I paid a lot of money for a service that didn't live up to the price. I was relieved they would see me for a quick touch up even though my lashes were done elsewhere. I wanted them fixed on short notice before a trip and they accommodated. McKenna was my stylist and I highly recommend her! It takes talent to assess what's needed on someone else's work and then to make them better than expected, all within a 30 minute window. I really don't know too much about having lashes, but I do know from talking to friends that have had them done over the years , the time that my lashes starting coming out was not right. I'm not even 2 weeks in and was thinking of getting a membership however I'm kinda thinking I should look around to have these filled or even redone. The price for this studio is higher than many others that I have investigated. I love the concept and not having to use mascara, however I'm in a fashion industry and have to look good everyday and I seriously am not feeling confident with how this is going. I called and emailed the studio within 48 hours of my first service and as I expected I was told lashes coming out after the first 24 hours is normal. I purchased everything from Amazing Lash to maintain the lashes. I would love to give this studio a benefit of a second chance but I work hard for my money and don't like the feeling of flushing it down the toilet. No I do not have on make up, Nicole is just that good! No extensions just lash lift. Nicole used the small rods. This is the second time I've gone to Nicole and am so pleased. The first time the curl lasted for almost 2 months and everyone asked me if I had on make up, daily. When I get my lashes lifted my eyes just look brighter and I feel like a more put together without allot of effort. I recommend you sticking to the Sherman Oaks Location, Woodland Hills, Pasadena, etc. any but this one. Beware of amazing lash studio. I had lash extensions done here back in February it was my first time getting lash extensions and they turned out horrible looking so when the studio messaged me asking how I liked them I told them that I didn't like them and sent pictures of how bad they looked. They messaged back saying I could come in for another set ( I thought they were saying for free to make up for how bad my first experience was) so since it was "free" I agreed I would give them another shot. Well I had surgery later that month so I had to cancel and reschedule the appointment a couple times and then my last appointment I got really really sick with the flu and didn't see the message that my appointment was that day until it was time for my appointment and I messaged them back saying I am very sick and I can't make it and all they cared about was their money and told me they are charging me for half of the service. So I said well the service was free and they said no the volume upgrade was free. So you mean to tell me you are gonna schedule me with the same lady that did my lashes the first time that looked horrible and fell off in a few days and still charge me? What kind of customer service is that? So I told them I'm not paying a service fee for something that I wasn't happy with the first time then I think you guys are making up for the horrible service and come to find out it was just for an upgrade. Now keep in mind that was my first time ever there and I never signed up for a membership so I swiped my card once well what do you know I look at my credit card statement and they charged me for not coming in. So they will keep your card on file even if you don't sign up for a membership and they could care less about if you were so sick that you messaged them Last minute and you were under the impression that your lashes were going to be free to make up For the first ones that looked so horrible and they will keep your card on file without your knowledge and charge you whenever they feel necessary. The manager give you the run around if you're upset saying oh come back and we will fix it, but then doesn't and doesn't return tour phone calls and doesn't give you the time of day. She also gaslighted me telling me ruined lashes was because I was late- which I wasn't. I got a lash lift by a "master stylist" - Mckenna - and let me tell you what a joke. She made my lashes completely uneven and kinked half of my lashes on my right side. It's actually unbelieveable that I paid extra for her to fuck up my lashes so much. I got my lashes done a week ago by Cristina and half of them are already gone! I got a hybrid volume full set. I'm pretty sure I'm not doing anything wrong because only the lashes one right eye are coming out, my left eyelashes are for the most part fully intact. I use water-based face wash and brush out my lashes every day. I also sleep on both sides pretty equally. They started coming out about 2 days after I got them done. (I did not wet them for more than 24 hours afterward.) I've gotten lashes a few times before to know that this isn't normal fallout. This is my second time coming here, all the techs and front desk employees are super nice and helpful, but not worth paying $250. I came in as a first time lash extension customer two weeks ago. The front desk sales associates are fun and welcoming. They suggested that I go with the classic YY Lashes, and sexy volume. I was assigned to Jessy as my lash technician. My lashes came out amazing. However, my eyes were very irritated for 72 hours. It did go away thank goodness because I did not want to get them removed. They are so pretty. When I came back for the two week fill I shared some of the eye irritation I encountered after the first session. Jessy accommodated this by adding extra tape and doing additional fanning to prevent irritation from the glue. I had zero irritation this time and of course they look luscious! Never in my 6 years of getting lashes have I been able to just take the lashes off with nothing but my fingers and it did not pull my real lashes with fake ones. I had so many gaps that I just decided to peel them off and when I tell you it was EASY and I literally used nothing my fingers and air. No oil or anything which I've always used in the past and it's still painful to get them off bc that was from a good lash tech with good glue.
