I have my usual lash lady elsewhere that I go to but I had a new job starting in 2 days and she didn't have any appointments in that time so I decided to give this place a try. I have been getting my lashes done for over 3 years now so I have a good idea of what I want and am knowledgeable enough about lashes to explain it. I talked to the lash tech for a while to explain to her what I was wanting and the final look left me a bit disappointed as it did not look at all like how I wanted it to. But it's fine, whatever. What made it worse was that the next morning I woke up with white crust all along my lash line. I texted them to ask why it happened and they said it could possibly be from makeup or being outside and to seek medical help (i hadn't worn any makeup in days and hadn't been outside since coming home from the appointment). I also told them I've never experienced anything like this in all the years i've been getting my lashes done. I tried washing my lashes but the crust was still there so I was sat in front of my mirror for 2 hours picking the gunk out with my tweezers. On top of all that, I had the most painful burn that I have experienced and could genuinely not see anything. I've experienced some bad burns from the chemicals in previous lash appointments but this was by far the worst I've ever experienced. I had red eyes for at least a full week and it looked horribly unprofessional for my new job. Fast forward a few weeks, I'm back at my usual lady to fix the mess and I told her about the white gunk on my lash line and showed her pictures. She said it was more than likely from them using too much glue or going too fast and it couldn't possibly be from makeup or being outside. I was pretty upset because I believed it was my fault and didn't push it. But it is what it is. My vision is still a bit blurry after a month. TLDR, I personally do not recommend this place, if you wanna give it a try go ahead, maybe they'll pair you with a better tech.

Not to mention, she's working out of her house and did my lashes in a sketchy room with a massage bed that looked like the covers/sheet hadn't been washed in a while. From the videos I had seen on IG I kind of knew what to expect, but still was wondering what this facial massage would feel like, as they do work from the inside of your cheeks and around the face. Tania welcomed me, asked me if I had any questions or concerns, and after our initial conversation she had me prepare myself on the massage table, which was extremely comfortable. Once I was ready, she explained what she would be doing, and throughout the massage she did small check-ins with me, and would let me know what would be coming next. She eventually paid and left and Lina started my treatment. About 7-10 minutes later Sepi interrupted my appointment by not even knocking and barged in with complaints. She was already upset saying 2 lashes fell off and her bottom lashes in this one area was catching her top lashes. Lina stopped her service with me to look at the area and couldnt see what Sepi was trying to show her and asked her to wait a few days to let the lashes settle. If it was still a problem that she would fix it. That wasn't acceptable to Sepi. So Lina suggested that if she could call her after my appointment so that they could talk/look again after my appointment time. That was unacceptable to Sepi. Sepi started pretty immediately shouting that she wanted Lina to "fix it right now or give me my money back!" She demanded. Lina then reminded her of her refund policy. Sepi became more upset. Now my eyes have been prepped and lina had already started lashing me. No one feels comfortable when someone is yelling and your eyes are closed. I asked her to please leave my appointment. That she was be inconsiderate and that lina offered her many solutions. Lina at this point had also asked her to leave the premisses. She refused to leave and started yelling more that Lina should do more for her. We both asked her repeatedly to stop yelling as really there was no need for it. She started saying rude comments to lina like she was a lair and up charged her. That her lashes look like trash and she wanted her money back or that Lina could just rip them out, she didnt care. Meanwhile weve both asked to her calm down, to if she could wait till after my appointment time. Nothing was going to make her happy she wanted something done right now. Mind you the whole time shes been yelling for the past 10-15minutes not once has her bottom lash caught the top. She also kept pushing her lashes back with her fingers which we all know that if you keep touching your lashes like that they wont cure and they will fall out!! We both told her not to do that to her lashes. I asked her to respect my time and wait outside and she refused. She wouldnt even let Lina say anything but kepting yelling at Lina to do something. She was being a complete bully and i can not stand for that. I then told Sepi that she was being an asshole and needed to leave my appointment. She kept saying it was still her time because she was unhappy. That she was going to get a refund from her credit card company and write a bad review. I told Sepi not to worry because i would write one clarifying what really happened. Seriously there was no pleasing Sepi, she is an entitled, rude, inconsiderate, bullying asshole. I feel bad for any service provider that has to deal with her. I seriously think she just didnt have the money to pay for a luxury service. Sepi's energy was bad from the time i walked into the room while she figured out how she was going pay. I felt so bad for Lina she did all that she could with the situation at hand, Sepi, refused to leave, refused to come back, refused to not shout, refused to wait outside, refused any solutions and then complained that no solution was offered.
