I've also gotten my brows and upper lip threaded by her many times, along with inner nose waxing, and she always makes the process as quick and painless as possible. Went there for the first time today to get my henna done (regular lady Reem was out of the country). I called in advance they sounded professional and nice. When I got there the lady that did my henna, Shahbana, was nice and quoted me $20 for each side on my hand. I told her I wanted both sides of my hands front and back and she's like "oh now a days ppl just the back of the hand"....okay...I guess just do that. Then she asks for pictures for her to copy/look at for idea, I did. While she's working on my first hand I asked her if she does henna regularly and she said she did but her work was saying something else. I was not impressed but I needed henna for my event so I let her do the second hand which she insisted I pick another design to make "the most of my money" then she says "I can free style if you want". I went with the flow because why not at this point and she did so much worse on my second hand. Mid hand I had let her know twice I was not liking what she was doing but she kept focusing on the color and how dark it would come out. Not at all happy about her work. I was going to let her know before leaving but she went into the back room right after finishing my henna. I was not looking for perfection but at least a good job for the the price you are charging. To make it worse she was talking bad about my regular lady (which I recommend %100 over this place) I wanted to walk out after creating a scene but I paid $40 for this and left telling myself I would never go back to this place. read more

I decided just the other day to walk in and inquire about getting my eyebrows waxed and dyed. After talking to the very friendly and knowledgeable young lady at the front I decided to stay. I also decided to have threading done instead of waxing. The threading was more comfortable than my previous waxes and the dye looks fabulous with the color of my hair. The shop is very clean and relaxing. All the women that helped me were very kind yet professional. I will be coming back here for my eyebrows and quite possibly for other services as well! I've been coming here for 6+ years and it has been fantastic! They accept walk ins or you can make an appointment online or by calling! The staff is so friendly and welcoming! I have stayed loyal to Shabana as she gets me right every time! I get my eyebrows threaded with her and more recently have been getting my full face done. She explains everything she's doing to you and makes sure you're okay and you like everything during and after ! Shabana also does waxing and she's great at that! I used to come here about 3 years ago and they were great. I recently came here twice in the last couple of months and had my eyebrows done by two different people. I felt like my eyebrows were extremely rushed because there was a line behind me. The lady threading was so rougand quick, when I got home I noticed I was bleeding in two spots and so much eyebrow hair leftover I had to pluck it myself. I've NEVER left bleeding from any threading place, EVER. I did leave two starts because the overall shape of my eyebrow was good, however Hate to leave a bad review because my original one 3 years ago was great but it was just a poor experience and little attention to detail. read more

I come here once a month to get my eyebrows threaded. The staff is very friendly, and they always make you feel at home.

This place is great! Super clean and taking clear precautions against Covid (temperature station at the front and hand sanitizing station). They have seating blocked off to encourage social distancing and everything is sanitized in between clients. The threading itself was great! I don't even know who did mine, but she did a great job! I went in for the lash application, and if I could give this business, a no star review, I would I asked to have my lashes done naturally as if I'm just wearing mascara, and my lashes were applied with lots of glue, and the it look like I had lash strips, glued to my eyelids there was not any natural Look to them at all. I went back in after leaving and realizing what they look like and the owner/the beauty personnel was extremely rude would not offer me a refund and then proceeded to tell me they were going to charge me to have them removed . However, she said that she could fix them so clearly she saw the issue that I saw with them they are not worth $30 as they are worse quality than the strip lashes that you can buy at Walmart and they don't stand behind their work. Please be aware if you decide to come here . Horrible business. Beware!!!! read more

I've been coming here for several years off and on and have learned the hard way the value of a good eyebrow threader. She must understand the shape of your brow and how it aligns to your face. She must not give you what you want because you "like" the shape but explain what is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. That's what Reema has done for me over the years. I've gone to many other places and am growing out the damage from another salon. When I saw her today, she wasn't pushy about my eyebrows but focused on the areas that needed attention until the brows have grown out a little more. She's kind, meticulous and quick to ensure you experience the least amount of pain. Although I've gotten services as a walk-in, my experience with an appointment is spot on...they're timely, you're given priority and you never feel as if you're just a number. Been coming here since last year. Selma was the first person who handled my eyebrows since i messed up shaping my brows. I recommend this place because these ladies are amazing. The only thing i think people are going to have a problem is the coupon or the card they were selling buy 3 get 1 free which is hard to keep since were all too busy with our personal lives and we sometimes misplace the coupons. So, I'm very picky with my eyebrows. I use to drive all the way to Eagle Rock Every couple weeks to get my brows done. I was getting tired of the drive so decided to go on a hunt for a place to get my eye brows done. I honestly was hesitant to come here because of some of the reviews I have read. Buuuuuut.... i thought to myself... well, reviews are really subjective so what if my experience differs from others... AND I am so glad I came. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the lasy that does my brows, but she her station is the first station. She is awesome! I asked her to just clean my brow and that's exactly what she did. Not like others, that do whatever they want to your brows. The first time went to her she advised me to grow my left eyebrows more because it appears that the left is thinner that the right. I listened and now my eye brows are now sister not twins.. hehe Prices here are super reasonable. I got my eyebrows done at one of the other brow salons across from the plaza that they share and they charged me $40!! *thumbs down*. There is a lot of parking. You may wait a bit, but the wait is totally worth it. They have plenty of magazines to entertain you while you are waiting. Customer service is also very good. Enjoy!! read more
