She was so kind and gentle and runs a cute little studio with her sister, she was very sweet and attentive to all of my questions and needs as a client. Not to mention her work is fabulous. My lashes has never looked so good! On top of having a long appointment she made time for me to thread my eyebrows as well, also my first experience, and she was honest about the any pain I might experience and informative with after care for both services. I went here a few weeks ago and I had an appointment but, apparently when I got there I had someone who was before me but the same time as me which made no sense and it angered me and she only threaded my brows and not shape them or clean around, maybe because someone snitched on me getting mad outside so that was her way to get back at me. I have been going to this place for years. Maggie is beyond talented, however, ever since she started getting more clients customer care has gone down the drain. For the last few appointments, there has been something that goes wrong. One time, Martha did my eyebrows and messed them up completely (Maggie fixed it). The next time i specifically asked for Maggie, and got Martha instead who does not do a good job. Because my specification for Maggie got ignored, I did not include it this time. When I arrived to my appointment, Maggie was busy but said I could go with Martha. I said her appointment said Maggie. She said all her appointments guarantee service but not with who. I told her how I've specified before but it got ignored. Her response was "I'm not denying or canceling your appointment". My problem with this place now is how crappy the appointment system and customer care is, especially when Maggie offers a service with Martha who messes up almost every time. So sad to leave a one star review when 3 years ago I was leaving 5 stars. read more

I have found my brow lady for life! I got sick of going to every brow place in this valley and asking for them to shape my brows, which they would reply that they would "clean me up". They then thread my brows to be similar, but instead of following my strong brow, they would follow the one with the lesser arch and have some pretty blah eyebrows afterwards. I found this establishment on Yelp and I actually read all the reviews and looked over a period of 5 days before I made the decision to try out Luv Me Brows. I called prior to coming here and was very pleased with the customer service I received over the phone and felt this was the best choice to try out. I was a bit nervous getting my eyebrows threaded (I stick to the same person but they no longer work where I was previously going). I been going to this place for years and I understand that she have been super busy which is great. However, I made my appointment last week for today for 9:am, she couldn't make it on time because the high winds that i totally understand so I went back home was told to wait for 15 more minutes text her to know the exactly time that she would be there to be on time bc my baby was been babysitting so I could get my eyebrows done. Everything good so far, but when I went back at the time I was told, magi was with other client. I was told to wait longer, I couldn't bc I have my baby's doctor appointment. Ask if by any chance she could do my eyebrows for today and she refuse saying I have to wait or make another appointment. I'm my opinion she could just make the other client wait, she was supposed to text the other client since the beginning letting her know, her appointment was move 10 mts later. I am new the area and was looking for a good eyebrow shop, I found luv me brows and saw all the work posted on social media and immediately was Wowed by all the great work I saw. I wanted to try eye brow tinting and I put my full trust into the owner based off of the results I saw on social media, after I got my eyebrows tinted I felt immediately fooled. They were way to big, too dark, and not like the photo I showed her of how I wanted them to be. I went home to my husband and he asked me "what happened to your face, that better not be the end result, is this a joke?" I ended up taking a clarifying shampoo to remove the tint, once the tint was off I noticed my eyebrows were not fully cleaned after she cleaned them up. I had to pluck my hairs myself to shape it to my liking. I ended up doing a better job on my own. As a social media influencer and business owner myself, this was unacceptable. I was not going to sit there and make her fix it over and over again as it was a waste of my time and money. Definitely not coming back. read more
