Not only did I waste $210 on lashes that started falling off as soon as I got home and fully fell off by not even a full week's mark but when I reached out to her asking her if I could have a refund of at least half my money back, she stopped responding. Which is hilarious because she was triple-texting me to see if I was still coming to the follow-up appointment but soon as I mentioned a refund she went silent. Save your money and don't go here.. Not to mention, she's working out of her house and did my lashes in a sketchy room with a massage bed that looked like the covers/sheet hadn't been washed in a while. I called everybody yesterday trying to get a last minute appointment and no one had any availability or no one was picking up their phone. I called this place, My Lash Story in Stevenson Ranch, CA and Mars answered the phone. She booked me right away for today at 10am. She had me go to a link, download the App called Style Seat and I had to provide my credit card payment in order to confirm my appointment. So, I thought that was kind of odd, but I went ahead and booked it anyways. This morning, I showed up a few minutes before my 10 AM appointment and I get a text from Mars that she had "a family emergency" and could not make my appointment. Red flags just started firing across me everywhere. so, first she books the appointment, then gets me to download an app and provide my credit card information before confirming the appointment, then she cancels last minute right before the appointment. I was so livid! sounds like classic con artist to me! I don't believe that it was really a family emergency. And I don't care unless someone died. If you make a commitment, stick with it. read more

I was looking for a new lash extension girl and came across Mars. She does an amazing job and always fills your lashes very full, even, and quick. I have been getting lash extensions for 4 years and have been to many different people but I am sticking with Mars now. I could never make it past a 2 week fill with how quickly I lost lashes but since I've been going to her I make it to 3 weeks every time. I am super impressed with the quality of lashes she provides and she offers glue for more sensitive eyes, like mine, to reduce irritation. I love my lashes!!! Mars was very professional, clean, detailed, and made sure I was happy with my lashes. I love that Mars has different pricing options- depending on how often you get your fills. For me, I tend to get a fill bi-weekly, so it's nice to know I'll be saving money and won't have to pay as much I used to pay for fills. Also, my experience with Mars is VERY RELAXING.
