A month later I receive a bill and I go to the office in Swansboro and am told that I needed to pay an additional small amount. Now I receive another bill stating that my insurance didn't cover any of the exam. I have a High insurance which says it covers everything. Even when the young lady at the office told me I was paid in full I continue to get a bill. Asked their billing department to transfer me to the office and of course they can't get through. There is no direct line to the office so if you want to take care of anything you need to make another trip in person to their office. Guess I will be taking more time off of work to take care of a bill that should have been taken care of the first time.

After the 4th cancellation I asked how am I supposed to order before she heads off to college again if you keep cancelling her appointment? Lady said we can give you 1 week trial worth. LOL. Then what? Joke of a place. We went up the road to the place in Cape Carteret and they got her in that day so she can get her new prescription before going back to school. Wonderful place there!!

I have been fly fishing for 40 years. This young man is a avid fisherman. But his flyrods are not loaded with the incorrect weight line. Generally you take an 8 weight and "cheat" and load it with 9 weight line. I had an 8 weight with 7 weight line that he provided. I can double haul a fly with the right line into the backing. He is focused on the easy catch, a bait ball. He has never used a switch rod or a Spey rod. He is basically a "gear head" lots of spin rods on board. I know, I am a demanding client. But I was very specific "Just get us on fish, and only with a fly rod in my hand." Any time I have fished off the Carolinas I have caught Spanish Mackerel, He did not have a fly rod set us with a bite leader, even though he said if the False Albacore were not on, we will catch Spanish Mackerel. He provided a "boat ride"...and I have a boat. Save your money. Shame on me for not doing more careful research on Perry's abilities. As much I like Perry, he blew it. He should have been honest and told me to save my money. It was a boat ride. Find another guide is my best advice for you. Oh, and for $900 he does not provide a simple lunch, like a 6 inch Subway. My bad, fool me once shame on you...but he will never fool this angler a second time. The guest I brought along did get sea sick, and Perry was considerate and compassionate towards him. But that was later in the day. Perry did discount the trip to a 3/4 day, ($750). But the bigger point was the bite was never on, and he knew it. Please take this review as my way to help you have a great day on the water...after all "the tug is the drug" :)

The fob we ordered sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. We waited a few months and then took the fob back to this business. They changed the battery and said the fob was fine. 2 days later, sitting in the parking lot of a business in Jacksonville, the fob failed to start the car. Same issue we had before. My wife called the company to have the fob they sold us repaired or replaced. They said they needed to see who they ordered the fob from because they didn't want to give us another fob if their source is selling low quality products. When they called us back, they said they were not going to replace the fob. When my wife started to ask a question, the employee interrupted, said "thank you..." and then hung up. This business may be great for low tech, non electric locks, but do not trust them with anything for your vehicle.

Reason for visit is cause I had a metal shard get in my eye cause I was doing some custom work to car, I was having issues with seeing, came to Dr. Carol Johnston office and spent not even 1min with her working on me and then she said done, I was like what you mean your done!! she removed the shard, rust, and gave anti drops and made me feel comfortable the whole time which by the way I was freaking out cause the ER put a needle in my eye so had a bad taste for it, which she didn't by the way, she has skills. Barely felt anything at all. I would absolutely refer and return back if needed. Thanks again.
