Have been going to Zoe's for years. Pizza or tuna subs always great. We ordered for the first time since it is "The Spot". Ordered a large tuna sub to pick up. It was basically so bad when I got it home had to deconstruct it - add mayo and other ingredients and put it back together just to make it edible. The tuna was just dry mush. Ordered an add on " hots" but there was barely any. A tuna sub is made with tuna salad- tuna salad is made with mayonnaise and celery- then it goes into the sub. I think they forgot the mayo and the celery. Anyway for 20$ for a tuna sub I expect it to be like Zoe's. The service was fine- and it was ready when it was supposed to be. read more

Always my first choice when in the neighborhood. Fast, friendly service. Best hamburger sub anywhere! Peppers, mushrooms and onions grilled to perfection. Well, I tried to give this business a 2nd chance, but, didn't work out... Pizza was exorbitantly priced, and was AWFUL. Ordered an x-large, super veggie pizza, delivered. Prices were not posted online and I forgot to ask after I decided to call in the order. Pizza came and I was charged $48.25 for ONE pizza, plus $3 delivery charge, plus I gave the driver a $5 tip. $56.25 out of pocket, for ONE, BAD pizza... Moto Pizza and Pizza Guys, I now find, are much cheaper, and WAY better... When I got the pizza inside, the pizza was hard as a rock, like a stale cracker with cheese, with a joke of vegetables, almost painted onto the surface. Now, if this SUPER VEGGIE was loaded maybe I could kind of get by the price, but, the veggies were almost non-existent, except a few floating on the cheese... I called the store and a nice young gentleman explained the owner was not there. I called the next day and got Heather (beware her attitude). She said to call owner Bob and I was unable to get him. 2 weeks passed and I called back and got Heather. I explained that I was a long time customer (18 times) and wanted to give them another shot. Heather recalled my prior call and lit into me because 2 weeks had passed since I got a bad pizza, told me that she talked to the owner Bob and that if I didn't like their prices, go somewhere else, LITERALLY.... I explained I did not like to speak ill of local businesses, maybe it was just a bad night for Zoe's, and wanted to give them another shot. She called me rude for telling her that friends were there for that pizza delivery, and it was giving Zoe's a bad reputation. She hung up on me. Wow!!! So, there it is... Heather, absolutely do not like your attitude, the food, and will never spend another penny at Zoe's. You did not help Bob's business and many (hungry) friends ARE now aware of the prices, ill-prepared food, and total lack of understanding of customer service concepts. Wanted to try a new pizza place in the area of the Barnstable fairgrounds and after checking out a few places on yelp Zoe's appealed to me the most. The menu and location were a win win so that's where I headed to for dinner before the fair. Very easy location inside a neat little plaza. Easy to find and it was dead on a late Monday afternoon. Ordered my food and didn't have to wait very long before it was brought to my table. The onion rings were awesome I loved them. The pizza was great also, thin,light and very flavorful. The XL was 12 decent size slices and the pepperoni was super good. I'm very happy with the service,price and quality. The dining room was kinda bright I wish they had blinds as an option because my eyes are sensitive and the glare kinda bothered me while I was eating. Not a huge deal but 5 stars all day if the bright factor was turned down a notch. I'd eat here again if I'm ever in the area though :-) read more

Worst pizza I've had in my life! And that includes store bought & home made. The place I was staying at recommended Zoe's after I had arrived late and was starving. I noticed they had a super veggie pizza which was very appealing to me as I love veggies! My eyes were hungry so I ordered a large. Why? What a waste of money. I spent $25, and couldn't even get through 2 slices. I inhaled the first one out of starvation. And then I threw out the rest. Taste: It tasted like cardboard. I'm not sure what type of cheese they used or if it even was cheese but it definitely was not mozzarella. The veggies weren't even that great. And it was pretty bland. (Yes, I know, I'm from NYC & have high standards for pizza but I've travelled the country and I'm realistic in my expectations. However, this time, I would have been better off buying from the freezer section of the local grocery store. oooooff!) We stayed in Mashpee for vacation, and ordered a take out from Zoe's. We had cheese and mushroom and ham pizza, and both were done very well. The style of pizza is interesting - it is closer to the thin crust rather than deep dish, but an outer edge was quite uniformly raised, so it might has to do with the way the pizza is baked. In any case, the pizza was tasty. Two things to keep in mind: the Large pizza is 14", so it is not so large (I'm more used to large been 16"), so keep it mind when ordering - you might need to go for the XL version (18"). We asked for the deliver on Friday in (in July), and the wait time for 1.5 hours, so either order early or go and pick up (plenty of parking available). read more

We have been ordering Zoe's at least 3 times a week because my son, who has an awful appetite, actually eats this. I have also had an eggplant parm sub and it is good, but I make better at home, my advice is---soak it a bit longer to get the bitterness out. Otherwise, it is awesome. read more

Congratulations Zoe's, you win the honor of this 15 year restaurant veteran's first Yelp review. Having just moved here, we were excited to find our new pizza place, after a good first delivery experience. However, after being quoted an hour, or possibly a few minutes less, by the employee on the phone, we were left wondering where our 1 pizza and wrap were, almost an hour and a half later. After being placed on hold for almost 5 minutes, the employee stated that our pizza hadn't left the restaurant yet, and made it sound more like it hadn't even been made. Saying that they were extremely busy, especially since they had to donate 40-50 pizzas. Why weren't customers with smaller orders made first before this massive order? Why not just be honest with customers calling in? We would have appreciated that honesty and ordered elsewhere for our children. When offered a chance to talk with the manager on duty I gladly obliged. She was also very dismissive to our concerns saying they were just busier than usual, and that sometimes orders can take up to an hour and a half? Hmm, then why do your employees quote an hour or possibly a few minutes less? JUST BE HONEST...nothing is worse than over promising and under delivering, which seems to be a trend after reading previous reviews on here. Magically the manager said our pizza would be leaving the restaurant immediately, but we cancelled due to the fact that it was already past our kids' bedtimes. Came to Zoe's a few weeks ago and have not been able to shake the experience since. Honestly, the food was good and most of the employees were polite and helpful, but one interaction with a worker at the front completely tainted my time there. I believe his name is Saif, and he rung me up. Not only was he rude to me when I took some time with my order, but I later heard him on the phone with another customer I believe (this happened while I was waiting for my food) and he was also alarmingly short with that person. During our short interaction I felt zero respect and like he was judging me. He seems to be this way with his coworkers as well, from my observation. My sister lives in the area and I told her never to come here; I don't want my nephews to be exposed to these types of people in service. Such a shame. read more

Let me begin with a prologue. There is a young man named Brandon who some may refer to as a pizza connoisseur. Years of video game playing, refusing to eat mom's home-cooked dinners, and simply existing as a teenage boy have lent his hungry stomach to many a slice. After paying a sizable $35 for a large cheese, large buffalo chicken, and small anchovy pizza, his expectations were understandably high. Hoping for a taste of comfort among a cabin full of kale-eating women, he opened the boxes to find small, shriveled pieces of pie. Sighing, he took a bite, and instantly recoiled at the obscene saltiness. The lack of cheese did nothing for the shriveled anchovies and dry chicken on top. He ate the pizza anyway, though he now is full of regret. While Zoe's provided excellent service, it's claim to fame was terribly sub-par. With a plate full of dry crust and an empty wallet, young Brandon must now wake up early and go to the beach, probably eating an apple. read more
