Invited me to have a beverage or a snack. Made me feel right at home since it was my 1st time out of my house since the pandemic. I had a 12:00 appt with Karyn. She promptly came to the cafe area and greeted me. I had not had my hair colored or cut in a year. I looked like a gray haired old hag. I told Karyn, do what you want. She did, and WOW, what a job. The stylists are all very friendly and actually listen to your opinion. I'd say I feel more comfortable here speaking up about something than I do at other salons. They don't get insulted, they just really want you to love your hair style. I've had full dye, highlights, hair cuts, blow outs and updo's here and can honestly say I've never been disappointed in the service or the results. As I mentioned though, you pay appropriately for the great experience you get here. I'm not as regular of a customer as I wish I could be simply because I can't always afford it. If you can swing the cash, I highly recommend trying out Revive for any of their services. They also have an extensive line of products from Aveda, Moroccanoil, DevaCurl and more in addition to many gift items such as hair accessories and jewelry. I will also mention they seem to give special accommodations for established clients so I would be sure to have them set you up a customer profile the first time you visit so you can build that up. It will really help you out in the future if you're trying to get a last minute appointment or if you may not be able to afford the full price for a service (i.e., bridal updos, etc.)
