I had to return to the Silver Hill location THREE times because items were missing from my order. After the third visit, I opened my bags at home and discovered that even more expensive items were still missing. At that point, I was beyond frustrated. I contacted the store expecting management to take responsibility for the error. The initial response was simply, "sorry." I had to ask, "How do you plan to compensate me for my time and for your mistake?" Only then was I offered a store credit. The issue is not just that a mistake was made--mistakes happen. The problem is the lack of attention to detail, accountability, and concern for the customer's time. I paid upfront for a service that was not completed correctly, and then I had to make multiple trips to correct THEIR mistake. In all my professional years of having clothes dry-cleaned, this is the worst experience I have ever had. The work ethic and quality control at this location are extremely disappointing. It seems they have a high volume of business, but high volume should never be an excuse for poor service. Customers: COUNT AND VERIFY EVERY SINGLE ITEM before leaving this location. Then check your bags again when you get home. Unfortunately, I learned this lesson the hard way. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
