With no advanced information as to inventory I gave them a shot. I was pleasantly surprised at their vast selection. The prices were spot on as well with no additional mark up beyond MSRP. However, the service left me terribly disappointed. The clerk offered no help I left with no purchases. If the clerk had offered assistance or even smiled this store is a solid 4. So 3.5 fits them perfectly in my book.

When I entered the bourbon section was in front of me. A friendly clerk acknowledged me. I asked for any allocated bourbon and was directed to the rear where they had a few nice selections. She stated they got a truck in this morning and most was already gone. The store was clean and presented nicely. They are one stop shop for Spirits. Wine & Beer. The staff remained friendly as I browsed the shelves for bourbon. She stated she was newer, but she wanted to learn more about whiskey. The selection was weak unfortunately. Prices were good. Although I left Big Red empty handed I was very impressed with the female staff who went out of her way to assist me. 3.5 rounding up with strong service.

The place looks a little rough outside, but I was delighted to find rows and rows of bottles shining in the brightly lit aisles of this surprisingly large store. The liquor selection was great and they had the exact bottle of lychee liqueur I needed to make cocktails for an upcoming Chinese New Year party. I didn't take a ton of time to look at the other offerings, but the whiskey section seemed to be a good size and there looked to be plenty of cold beer in the fridges. I also browsed the wines and managed to find my wife's favorite that we've been having trouble finding anywhere else! So obviously this guy bought a few bottles to score some valuable husband points! It also looked like there were plenty of employees working with a few at the registers and others helping customers find things or stocking shelves. They do carry some local beverages, but the distilled products from local companies is somewhat limited compared to other larger shops. They do carry a variety of Hotel Tango spirits, but some other local brands don't move well and so aren't carried. Still, it is in a great location. I just wish the strip mall would remove the raised divider on the access road which makes it difficult to leave the strip mall without driving around the entire building complex. I got most of them up as quickly as I could and tried to get them into my vehicle on the floorboard and out of everyone`s way. So for $26 I have 24 busted, most of them worthless cans of beer. I didn`t even bother going back into Crown. With the case in the condition it was, I couldn`t have gotten everything back inside anyway, but they wouldn`t have replaced it even if I COULD have gotten it back inside.
