I received a nice welcome as I entered and since I knew my way around I began shopping. Everything is arranged by type of liquor with many sale items in the isleways. The selection is respectable and covers what most are searching for. They have a large cooler with multiple selections of beer that is very cold. The variety throughout the store is nice with a good selection of basic liquors and beers most want. The prices are competitive compared to most liquor stores. I wouldn't say the savings is enough to drive out of your way to say a dollar but if your already in the area, stop in. After 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and most weekends get busy but they move the customers quickly. I found what I came for and paid quickly. Nice employees, types of alcohol grouped together, fillers and condiments grouped together and friendly staff.

When I entered the bourbon section was in front of me. A friendly clerk acknowledged me. I asked for any allocated bourbon and was directed to the rear where they had a few nice selections. She stated they got a truck in this morning and most was already gone. The store was clean and presented nicely. They are one stop shop for Spirits. Wine & Beer. The staff remained friendly as I browsed the shelves for bourbon. She stated she was newer, but she wanted to learn more about whiskey. The selection was weak unfortunately. Prices were good. Although I left Big Red empty handed I was very impressed with the female staff who went out of her way to assist me. 3.5 rounding up with strong service.

I wish I would have taken that one. I got almost to my vehicle, and the handle on the case felt fine, but suddenly, it gave way and of course when the case of beer hit the parking lot, it opened on BOTH ends, and beer cans rolled everywhere. I got most of them up as quickly as I could and tried to get them into my vehicle on the floorboard and out of everyone`s way. So for $26 I have 24 busted, most of them worthless cans of beer. I didn`t even bother going back into Crown. With the case in the condition it was, I couldn`t have gotten everything back inside anyway, but they wouldn`t have replaced it even if I COULD have gotten it back inside. I will NOT be going back there.

I was lucky to the have the assistant manager as my delivery driver he was courteous and patient. We went to business and had to pay double the price quoted and posted in the store for the product. This is false advertising and dishonest customer service. I now call them Paymore as opposed to Payless. Thus I will not patronize this establishment unless we needed one special item. Probably will other liquor stores first.
