A a group of 6, we had to wait for around an hour before our starters arrived. My starter (anti pasta), the stick dough was tough, rubbery and cold. The calamari was squidgy with no crunch.
Both my friend's risotto main (one was seafood, the other was chicken) was both under cooked. The waiter told us that it was 'al dente, I like it this way. The other way is bad', fortunately he still took the food away to be re-cooked. Or so we thought, we saw the waiter laugh as our group with a chef in the open kitchen area.
After most of us had finished our main (as we were so hungry), the risotto finally comes back hot. However, the dish tasted microwaved. The dish resembled a pile of mush whilst having random hard bits of rice.
