We went to Tiamo for my 20th Birthday and had a party of around 6/7, Tiamo managed to get us in at a time where to our surprise the restaurant was empty (had my mother booked out the whole venue?) well no, we had in fact booked a time before their busy period which started as we left at the end of the evening. We had starters which included the homemade Garlic Bread which I will, without a doubt, recommend you try and also I had Calamari aka Squid which was cooked to perfection. For the main course, I enjoyed my usual pasta based dish of Lasagna in which I could not compare it to the Italian Connection as they were both tip top in every way. The food was hot upon arrival and even the chips had their own Italian twist. Drinks wise we all had water and for me, it was beer and also the house wine which went down very well with the food. The service was spot on and our waiter attended to our every need. I can not rate Tiamo high enough, we had a very enjoyable evening and we all left feeling very full indeed. Worth a visit if you in town or on a night out or special occasion. 10 out of 10 all round.

Inside it seats around 30 and is decorated in a modern style that still manages to be warm and welcoming. We visited recently for a meal for 4 on a Friday evening. The restaurant was nearly full. All our starters and mains were served in a timely manner and were delicious. I ordered the scallops and duck and both were brilliant. This is not a mega cheap place but it is worth the money charged. We spent around £35 per head with drinks. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.
