When I went back in to talk to the manager, he told me that he had 'tried' to call but 'the call didn't go through.' He wanted to look at my vehicle and initially acted interested, but then told me that they wouldn't do anything and that I was on my own. They damaged my pickup. Then they lied to me. I don't like being negative, but in this case I am sorry that 'one star' is the lowest rating available.

Weren't there before as this was a BRAND NEW CAR and husband had looked over several times for these kinds of marks prior to purchase. Owner came up and immediately told us there was no way his car wash, (with the huge arm literally hanging by a screw), could have done that and we were trying to scam him. He tried to get us to "reinact" car wash. Like we would take it BACK in there? Really? Anyway, after accusing us of lying and trying to scam him, we were ready to just let it go. Then he texts us a video (which showed nothing) and began to tell us we were lying again. I responded about his poor customer services skills and about how upset we are that a business has called us liars, and asked him not to respond to us anymore and we would not either. I just got an expensive wash this time ($22) and didn't get a detail because my kids were with me and Covid..., but my car still looked terrific and the tires were shined and paint hand dried. I tipped $10 because I was so happy with my wash. Staff wore masks and gloves, and staff didn't seem to get very close to each other so I felt good about being there.
