Not bad car wash. 1. They try to dry your car but they really just spread the water. 2. Customer Service is not professional. No one really knows what to do as far as changing or adding a car. They always say the manager is not here. 3. They need more help. read more

Took my truck in for a wash yesterday. The attendant swung the scrub brush so hard that when he hit my windshield it shattered. When I told him he broke my windshield it was like no big deal to him. The manager filled out an incident report which was simply a blank piece of paper. He would not acknowledge that they broke my windshield and would not give me a copy of the report. ZIPS has been completely nonresponsive to our feedback and then cancellation. The feedback involved our lack of ability to enter the car wash without assistance from local staff. After multiple calls to ZIPS we finally decided to cancel. But, it didn't end there. They continued to charge us for three months ... maybe more ... it still continues. They are a worthless company read more

Their site says they open at 8am but they are never open on time. Typically they open at least 30-45 minutes late.

Went here since Clovis is the closest to Tucumcari for an automated carwash. Paid $19 for a basic wash which is way to expensive for what you get. Didn't do a thing for getting the bugs off the grill of my truck. Not worth what I paid for. read more

Worst car wash in history (clovis nm) lazyest crew ive ever seen just stands an watches the guy at wash bay enterance pre pressure washed all cars in front of me only on drivers side (guess passanger side doesnt get dirty) but never done anything on mine just pushed button to send me in I had to spend an hour or more after getting home rewashing it by hand caucse it looked like crap an leaving on a trip didnt want it looking terrible. Should have left it AN PUT A SIGN ON IT JUST WASHED AT ZIP CARWASH CLOVIS NM but didnt want it looking that bad will NEVER go back to it again read more

Everytime I go through this car wash my car never ends up clean, and the people who dry aren't very attentive. Always have to get out of my truck and clean the truck myself and dry it off as well. The only thing good about this car wash is the free vacuums. It's also nice that they have spray cleaner and towels out. They never pick up the phone either. read more

All the workers do is stand around. No one dries off the cars anymore. They don't leave towels out to do it yourself. 90% of the carwash doesn't even work anymore. This place is lazy and doesn't care about the customers. All they want is your money. read more

I would give this NO stars if that was an option! I ran my car through the wash and it came out still dirty. I parked in the vacuum spots and the concrete in covered in mud and rocks. The vacuums were clogged. No towels available to dry my car! The employees are standing around doing nothing. Won't go back - do not recommend! read more

TOTAL RIP OFFS!!! The are a total rip off. They neglected to inform me that I was signing up for a membership. I thought I was paying for 1. They continued to take money out from my account for Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, 2021 & Jan 2022 before I realized they were doing this. I contacted them asking for my refund of Dec 2021 & January 2022 because I no longer lived in Clovis, NM. The person I talked with said they would refund my monies of $73.56 when I called in January. Well low and behold they didn't refund me they took an additional $73.56 out of my account. So much for a refund! Now they owe me $147.12. I am getting the total run around from them, so I have contacted the BBB and my attorney. We will see who gets the last laugh NOW!!!! TOTAL RIP OFFS!!!!!!!!!! read more

I'd give this place no stars if I could. Over a month ago they had issues where the car wash would stop half way through so I gave them some time to resolve the issue and just tried them again.. low and behold.. same problem still exists. Not only that, after a long road trip I had some bug buildup on the front of my truck so I assumed the person manning the entrance would put some effort into scrubbing them before going through.. silly me because that was a mistake. Left with a dirty truck and empty wallet. On my way to A-Key which is always much better!!!! read more
