Most of the time the pizza is good but other times the orders are incorrect and when mentioned to the employees there was no attempt to remedy the situation. Pretty much an "oh well" response. For a gas station pizza I imagine this is customary.

Whatever name is correct, the shop is a small convenience store for residents and visitors of Indian Point. It has the typical convenience shop grocery, personal care, and liquor items, plus fishing and other recreational supplies. Typical of convenience stores, prices are inflated. However, it's close and saves a trip for just a few items to Dollar General or Walmart, which are in nearby West Branson.

Fuel was $3.11 per gallon here, and just four miles down the road it jumps to $3.49 per gallon. That alone makes this place worth pulling into. At this interchange, Buc-ee's paid for roundabouts on both sides, which is highly efficient. It's a brilliant idea and enables smooth traffic flow everywhere. This Buc-ee's has been here for about three years according to Brisket Bill, and it already feels like a staple stop. I stood there watching them chop fresh brisket and almost went with the Big Buckin' Brisket Sandwich XXL... but it was just two buckin' much for me. This is a nine dollar sandwich and worth every penny! It is outstanding! I did hear employees mumbling something about brisket on something. Maybe they were just bored and wanted to chop brisket. Soo many items. We picked up some beef jerky, fudge, candies cashews, some key chains, a brisket and cheese burrito, Taffy, gum, some other things and of course, gas. The washroom is pretty cool. Turning off we were faced with a weird winding road to a gravel lot across which we had to drive to get to the store. Maybe there was a better paved road to get there, but I didn't see it. I thought it was maybe for semi parking but it wasn't a truck stop to that doesn't make sense either. I stopped at pump one, which had a note saying the card reader was down, so I went inside to pay and was advised to try pump four, as pump one was running slowly and the last guy to pump gas there spent about half an hour to pump ten dollars of gas. I moved my car to pump four which wasn't any better, because it still took twenty minutes to pump forty dollars worth of gas. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry. If you want to just stop and use the restrooms, which were surprisingly clean, don't bother unless you plan on buying something as per the hand written notes on the door, over the cash register, down the hall leading to the bathrooms, on the bathroom doors, and inside the bathroom all advised they are for customers only. Leaving, I counted myself lucky as we headed back down the unlit road back to the highway that we had gotten out of there alive. If there was ever a gas station to remind you of every horror movie you have ever seen where the unsuspecting travelers have taken the wrong turn ending in their eventual demise this was certainly it.
