They were still 30 or 40 minutes from getting to me. I did not have the time to wait. The reason I made an appointment was to get service in a reasonable time frame. I had an hour and half built in for the simple oil change but it never happened. During the whole time no one ever talked with me to explain ect. I'm an 84 year old woman and I questioned the price. I also have a great sense of humor, so I said well if you are taking me across karma's k a B---h! They are a group of young boys and took offense to my joke and refused to work on my car! I drove to another repair shop and I also needed rotors,they asked if I wanted to see how they were working out worn. Auto Repair would have slapped a pair of pads on the worn down rotors, so I am grateful that they refused to work on my car. And when they grow up I hope they develop a sense of humor. Also the waiting area has 3 metal high stools to sit on and every time they go back and forth ( which they do a lot) a deafening bell chimes which is very irritating when you have to sit on those hard, cold stools for an hour.
