After waiting several hours without any communication, I followed up and was asked to reschedule for the following Monday between 10 AM-2 PM. I agreed, assuming delays were due to a busy schedule. On Monday, I again waited without receiving a call or visit. At 2:15 PM, I contacted dispatch and was told a technician would reach out shortly. As of the following day, I had still not received any communication or service. This experience involved two missed appointments and required multiple schedule adjustments on my end. Based on this, I DO NOT recommend this company for any services.

I picked Monday (since the weather was horrible and I thought the problem was in the outdoor part of the system). He informed me of what he was doing along the way, and made sure I knew more and less expensive options (when available) for parts he used. I would highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs. Joe came to see what we had and what we needed to give the estimate. Before leaving he said he noticed what had been done to try to repair our system {many items left behind} and felt he knew what was wrong and could repair it if we wanted to take a chance with him. We scheduled the service call and Joe did come with 2 of his technicians and repaired our system in about 4 hours. Joe was very knowledgeable and completely honest with us explaining everything being done. The total repair cost was under $500. We had another service person that was trying to charge us $4000 for a circuit board we never needed. Edward came and immediately diagnosed the problem. He knew what he was doing and ordered the correct part. My aunt had her A/C fixed and we were so happy it was fixed properly. Her A/C unit is a huge top line unit from 17 years ago a Carrier Bryant and Edward was very confident and knew how to work on it. He was nice enough to give us pricing for a new unit or to fix the unit. No pressuring us into a new unit, her unit would cost over $20,000, with Edward Everything is itemized no guessing or giving me BS quotes. My A/C unit in my home is only around $ 10,000-$12,000 but it is nothing like her unit. I use to work for a service company 30 years ago and I would not even try to trouble shoot this unit it's so high tech. When someone like Edward comes around he is a gift from God because their are so many rip off artist's out there. Fair Pricing and Competent that is what you want! Thank you Edward! Stated they could respond between 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. today. Advised me they would text me when on their way. Text received at 11:43 and they arrived at 12:25. Kyler greeted me pleasantly and after inspecting the job, provided a verbal quote: $395. (ouch). Job completed in 45 minutes, no problems. And he checked other pressure relief valves as well. Is this too much to $$ for a simple pressure relief valve replacement - yes! Because of their outstanding service would I call them again? - absolutely!

The guy was downstairs a while, and when he finally came to talk to me, he had already completed the job. Never told me what was wrong or the cost. Whatever, we had no hot water, so it is what is it. But I asked him what the approximate cost would be and he said he didn't know. They would bill us. Great. A surprise bill to come. He had mentioned a service plan they offer that would have covered this, so I called and asked if I signed up for the service plan, would they retroactively cover the service. They agreed to retroactively cover the labor, but not the parts. So instead of $317.50, id owe $138.50. But a couple days later my card was charged the whole $317.50. I intended to call to figure it out, but decided to let bygones be bygones and just pay the full price and forgo the service plan. That was until I got a random $150 charge to my card that I had no idea what it was for. After calling, it was apparently the annual service charge ($329) minus the amount for the labor ($179) I was previously overcharged. No communication, no email with details, no phone call or text, just a charge to my card. The ONLY reason they got two stars is because they do come quickly if needed, but they have zero communication and I have no idea when or what I'll be charged. I'll keep the plan for the year but I'll be looking elsewhere for my oil and maintenance needs after it expires.
