But when I poked my head in, a lady asked and invited me to come back in about 45 minutes if I wanted to get a haircut. And so I did! They did a forehead infrared thermometer check and everyone and I also wore masks and I finally got a good haircut for the first time in a long time. It's a great place! Hair from previous clients was never swept up between appointments -- they were cutting on top of it the entire time. I also have serious doubts about whether their scissors, brushes, and machines are being properly sanitized between clients. In a post-pandemic world, this is not acceptable and frankly unsettling. On top of that, I had an 11:30am appointment and waited a full hour before being seen. There's no excuse for that kind of wait when you've scheduled in advance. No matter how talented the stylist is, I can't overlook unsanitary conditions and a complete disregard for appointment times. I won't be going back.
