Absolutely garbage experience. Walked in to get my haircut and the gentleman in the first chair greets me with a hello how are you? Do you have an appointment? I said yes, I have an appointment with Mandie. me Mandy is right there (two chairs down across the aisle). I walk over to Mandy and I stand in front of her chair while she sits there and on her phone. after an uncomfortable eight or nine seconds, I say are you Mandy and she says hold on a minute and continues to scroll. She then stands up and stands behind her chair. No hello, no hi, nothing... I proceed to tell her that I've recently moved here and after having the same person cut my hair for 25 years I'm struggling to find a decent barber. I'll then show her a picture of what I would like done and ask, can you do this? To which she replies, on your head? I said no on my arm lol. She then says well I can try. Reluctantly, I asked you think you can do it? are you being rude right now? I said no, I'm simply asking if you think you can do this. She says, I feel like you're being rude right now. Too which I said never mind. Have a great day and walked out. I now see why she had so many appointment appointments available today while everyone else was booked full. read more

I went in to get a haircut, beard, and eyebrows trimmed. I have been getting my haircut every week for the past few years before I moved here. I wanted to find a real barber who was experienced and knew how to get me looking right. Tony knocked it out of the park. The only input I gave him was that I wanted a zero fade and a trim on the top, I solely relied on his opinion and he did not disappoint. This is the best haircut I've ever had. He gave me a hard part as well, which every barber I've been to has said was not possible with the way my hair grows. All the barbers here are very nice, and the environment is clean. They have a 100 sanitation rating. The barber chairs are very comfortable, and the barbers are very experienced. If you want the best haircut in the area, get it cut here. You will not regret it. I will never get my haircut anywhere else from now on. read more

Just moved here from California a few months ago and we've tried a few other barber shops in the area but I think we finally found our regular spot. I was able to book a same day appointment for my son a day before Thanksgiving. Travis was really friendly and professional and the other staff was welcoming and friendly as well. Went in for a haircut booked online and everything, I walked up to the barber and sat down in the chair. He asked me what I wanted so I showed him a video and he said "Yeah I gotchu" he in fact did not have me. He messed up my hair so bad from what I showed him my sides were almost shaved bald and my top was cut to an almost inch length. I don't know what he was thinking but the video I showed had a guy with longer hair probably about 6in. All he did during the haircut was talk to another barber the whole time. I will never step foot into this establishment again. 0/10 read more

I made an appointment w/ Victor for a haircut, but changed my mind an hour later, cancelled the same day, and left a voicemail on his machine notifying him that I am cancelling. Two days later, I get a paypal charge notification for a "No Call, No Show" for a haircut that was never performed. I found it quite irritating and annoying to think that a barber would consider himself entitled enough to believe his time would be worth something, even if he didn't actually perform the service of cutting any hair. His website doesn't have a policy, or state anything explicitly, regarding cancellation. It only states, very generically, not explicitly, that a late appointment or a missed appt. will skipped over on to the next customer. For all intents and purposes, I did call him to cancel out of courtesy, not because I was under any obligation to do so. But I was paypal stalked through my phone number and expected to pay for the missed appointment. It was creepy and weird, because I only paid in cash and never used a paypal account to render any services. Victor may be talented as a barber, but he needs to work on his customer service skills. He could've handled the situation better by: calling later on during the day to see why the customer missed his/her appt; checked his messages beforehand to make sure that nobody cancelled; or could've just let it go. But he paypal stalked me and sent me a bill for a "No Call, No Show." I am writing this as a "Buyer's Beware" to anyone who may be considering getting a haircut from this place, to let you know of what you may possibly be getting yourself into. Only someone who is arrogant and mentally unstable would send you a bill this way. Protect your personal information. read more

I have an anxiety disorder, and it was my very first time going to a shop to get my hair done. Normally I have to take a pill if I go somewhere new, even to a new restaurant, but I didn't have to for this place. I could not have felt more relaxed in that shop. The atmosphere is open, fun, and welcoming, while still being strikingly professional. I came in with an idea for a haircut I'd never had before, and they did more than deliver. They made sure I knew exactly what was going on throughout the whole process, double checking with me in easy to explain terms what was going on, seeing if it matched up with the vision I had. For guys looking for a premium grooming experience, this is the place. I have been to several salons around the area and never received the quality haircut and treatment that this place provides. I always jumped to a different salon every time I needed a haircut. However, I found my place and it is Blast Barber Studio. Now for the details. My go to guy is, none other than, Christian Miller. This guy knows the hairstyles that are trending for any demographic which makes him a valuable asset to this business and allows him to provide the best experience to anyone who walks through the doors. I recommend him on the highest degree and recommend the Blast 360 service package that he offers. For the business itself, the staff is very welcoming and trustworthy. I think everyone in there is high caliber barber. The prices are more than reasonable considering the quality of services they provide. They have beverages available on request or as part of some their service packages. The environment has a very man-cave aesthetic to it that I find very appealing and compliments the overall experience. This should be where you get your haircut, guys. read more

I tried this barbershop because of a recommendation from a friend. I walked in and sat to wait for the next open chair. After around 20 minutes one of the barbers asked if I had an appointment or if I was a "walk in". I replied that I hadn't made an appointment and that I was referred by a friend. The barber informed me that he was booked the rest of the day, but that I could wait to see if one of his appointments cancelled. Confused by the "Walk In's Welcome" statement on their website I asked if either of the other two barbers were available. They quickly chimed in that they were also booked. Having already waited 20 minutes before being informed of this I decided far long enough time had been spent in this shop. On my way out, over the roar of the TV, I was told to feel free to make an appointment for next time. Don't count on it. read more

This place is the BEST. Made an appointment at 3:30, arrived a little early and they were already ready. I gave my barber (Dustin) a vague image of what I wanted and he calmly talked with me and together we found out what I wanted. When he was cutting my hair I noticed that the man who was before me came out with a great haircut. With me he was very detailed and did not rush at all. He finished up and I was very happy with the results, the sides were perfect and the top was well cut. It was only $15 and considering the time and effort put into the cut it was a great deal. I did extensive research to find a great barber near me and I finally found one. I would suggest this to anyone looking for a cool environment to get classic or modern men's haircuts.
