Before here, I went to Lynchburg, VA every three weeks because I got the perfect cut at Gentleman John's. One day, I was next to this shop and needed a cut, so I walked in and took a chance. Jackie, the owner, sat me right down in the chair even though it meant she would be staying after her closing time. I explained to her what I wanted with my hair and beard, and she asked a few questions, and the result was a perfect cut and beard trim. I'm 100000% loyal to her. My wife often comes with me, and she remembers her name. Our granddaughter came with us once, and Jackie gave her her first lollipop and still asks about her every time we are there. When people walk in, she greets them by name, remembers what their kids are up to, and asks about them, too. Just stop reading this and go to her and get a haircut! A++

I'll then show her a picture of what I would like done and ask, can you do this? To which she replies, on your head? I said no on my arm lol. She then says well I can try. Reluctantly, I asked you think you can do it? are you being rude right now? I said no, I'm simply asking if you think you can do this. She says, I feel like you're being rude right now. Too which I said never mind. Have a great day and walked out. I now see why she had so many appointment appointments available today while everyone else was booked full.
