He explained but still he was told he lost his appt and the man that was sitting there in the chair got his appt. How did this man get in the chair if it's by appt only? No one could have gotten there in two minutes. My husband offered to wait and he was told he would have to schedule another appt for another day. This is not an honorable way to treat a long time customer. Needless to say my husband now has a good barber somewhere else that's closer to us and not 20 minutes away.
