Unfortunately, quality is very hit or miss. On the last order, my clothes were folded sloppily and are wrinkled to the point of being unwearable without being ironed. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for wash and fold. Also note that they charge a higher rate for bedding, which includes sheets and towels. I've used wash and fold in a number of other cities (as well as other places here) and never seen a higher rate for these items, only blankets, comforters, and rugs (which makes sense).

I'm actually reviewing this for the Burton's laundry on William Street near Memorial Hospital…read morebecause I can't find it on Yelp to leave a review. The quality of service and value for the amount of laundry you can do in just one machine and dryer is very good. The best part of my excursion to Burton's laundry, however was the young lady named Dakota. She was clearly a natural at excellent customer service and she really helped above and beyond. I hope this young lady gets recognized for the dedication that she gives to customer service and her job. She was delightful.

The employees are friendly and after a while, remember your name. Usually, they'll have the shirts done in 2 days but always ask if you need it by a particular date. This place is also small enough so they havent lost any of my shirts yet. I've taken a suit jacket here that was covered in candle wax (long story) and they were able to make the suit good as new. I dropped it off, gave the person there 6 buttons for the garmet, she in turn gave me a stub and told me to have a nice day. When I went back to get the coat, I was informed the buttons had not been done, but if I would leave it for one more days, the item would "for sure" be done the next day. This time I was asked for my name and phone number (which I was not asked for before). I gave it and left, being assured that my item would be ready. Mind you, this is at the beginning of winter, and this is a winter coat. The next morning I receive a phone call informing me that my coat's buttons could not be replaced. When I asked why I hadn't been told that before, I was told "Well, YOU didn't leave your name or phone number". I pointed out that A) it wasn't my job to do that, it is the employees job to ensure they get the information they needed and B) I had been there the day before, and nothing was said to me then. Again, it was implied that the entire situation was my fault. At this point I was incredibly frustrated and asked why they had said it could be done in the first place, and why the DAY BEFORE it still had not been addressed. It was again implied that all was my own fault, and by the way, I had only brought in 4 buttons for a 6 button coat. Then they told me they could send it to their seamstress for "an additional charge". I declined and asked to speak to the manager. I was speaking with the manager. I then asked to speak to the owner and was given a phone number that was disconnected. I will never use Concord Cleaners again, and I highly suggest that if you do, you make sure that they actually do what you want them to do.
