Unfortunately, quality is very hit or miss. On the last order, my clothes were folded sloppily and are wrinkled to the point of being unwearable without being ironed. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for wash and fold. Also note that they charge a higher rate for bedding, which includes sheets and towels. I've used wash and fold in a number of other cities (as well as other places here) and never seen a higher rate for these items, only blankets, comforters, and rugs (which makes sense).

I stopped in because the strap on my leather high heels was coming apart. Sarah put it on her sewing machine and had me back out in the door in less than 3 minutes. That was hometown service at its best. It doesn't get any better than local business people who take pride in their work and in serving the community. Now I know why they've been a Dowagiac staple for so many years.
