We currently have three children at the school, and each of them has had such a positive and unique experience. It's clear that the school is focused on nurturing the whole child, building confidence, kindness, and a genuine love for learning. One of the highlights for our family has been the musical program. Our daughters have been involved in the school musical, and it has been such a meaningful experience for them. Not only have they grown in confidence and creativity, but they've also formed friendships across different grade levels, which has been so special to see. There wasn't ever any trouble, just no willingness to be part of school functions, class projects, and we were about to succumb to the idea that was just the way it was. No joy for school or even extra-curricular activities. Well... these teachers did amazing things!! My child is like a whole new kid. The small class sizes helped them focus on my child's needs, and the care the teachers showed made such a difference. Now my child loves school, can't wait to "try" math (it can still be hard) and is in the school play! I would have never thought this could happen. The problem was that my insurance company contacted me regarding a point on my license and that my insurance was going to up. I contacted the court and they gave me cleantickets number. After a short conversation, a representative called the court, the dmv, and had everything back in order. After almost 40 minutes on the phone, and hearing the conversation between the court, the dmv, the representative made a joke about how some customers only leave negative feedback about a company when they receive a service they don't like, but when the service is top-notch, they fail to let people know with the same enthusiasm. We all expect to be treated like royalty, but this time it was my fault, and cleantickets didn't say that to the court, or to the dmv, they simply focused on helping me and went above and beyond to make that happen. I am very grateful to cleantickets and Sal, I was very relieved when I called the court and they said that cleantickets.com was goign to mail me a free duplicate certificate. cleantickets.com sent me an email saying that they upgraded my certificate delivery free of charge, all I did is pick it up the next day at a local fedex office. And I leave this comment of mine for whatever is worth to those who think that when we screw up, we are free to blame someone else. They were late on mailing me my certificate, and overall, they wasted my time and should not be hassled with as it will be a sincere disappointment. Also, they say they open at 8 am, but if you call them anytime before 9, they will refuse your phone call. What a frustrating waste.
