What happened to this location? We come here often enough, and in the past month, I've gotten multiple lattes that don't include the flavor syrup I ordered. If I'm paying $6 for a coffee, it should at least taste as expected. I don't think I'll be getting drinks here anymore. It feels like such a waste of money. Also, avoid in the afternoons. This is my favorite place in Loveland for "drive-thru coffee" and perfect for those occasions when I'd rather not get out of the car. The staff are always on top of their game and very friendly, regardless of the time of day. My favorite drink is the white mocha (fairly mundane, I admit) and I always order mine with half the normal amount of syrup. But, for the record, I think most latte drinks are way too sweet, so that's certainly not a knock against Ziggi's. Lastly, I love their little touch of serving the drink with a fat chocolate-covered coffee bean. It's these inexpensive but all-so-important little "extras" that set Ziggi's apart from the competition and will keep people coming back over and over again. All-in-all, I love this place, and I hope they can stick around. My fear stems from the fact that Ziggi's is in a location that isn't very centrally located, and therefore, probably doesn't get a lot of drive-by traffic. I hope they have enough customers to stay afloat in an industry dominated by big names like Starbucks and Dazbog who can afford the rent of busier street corners. read more

Ive only been to a ziggis 3 times & this has been the one i went to all three times. So far so good. You might wait for a little while in the drive thru & thats all ive used so far, ive yet to use the walk up window. But however long you wait you will be handsomely rewarded as everything that comes out of here tastes so fuckin good its crazy! So far i have only had the little breakfast sandwich which was hotter than the depths of hell but still tasty Af & a wild berry smoothie & a iced caramel machiatto. The menu is not that extensive or large in size so eventually i will be able to taste test everything they produce & im looking forward to it. The girls that work inside are very nice & a pleasure to interact with as well, im not a big "coffee shop" person but as this one is only a 30 second drive from my home i think i may start to be. !!DONT GET ME WRONG I LOVE THE ZIGGIES COMPANY AND IVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM!!, but my boyfriend went to this ziggies this morning to get us coffee and i was on the phone with him the entire time so i could tell him what to order and he said the order correctly but when the girl had brought the drinks out she had gotten the wrong order so he respectfully said hey this isn't what i ordered and he said SPECIFICALLY what he wanted and so there was no problem then and she went back to make the drinks again but she made the EXACT SAME DRINKS just bigger? and then her other coworker proceeds to get into the convo and get attitude with my boyfriend because she claims she asked him if it was cold or hot and she never once asked him that cause we both remember she only asked "is the whole milk and whipped cream okay?" and when my boyfriend said you never asked she got more attitude and refused to make the drinks he asked and payed for. the girl had copper/dark orange and she didn't give a chance to even get her name. This behavior is so not okay and i hope some form of action is at least taken towards the way you have your employees speak to your customers over THE EMPLOYEES CONTINUOUS MISTAKES. read more

Love this place! I come here often and the girls are quick to remember my go-to drink. All of them are super sweet and friendly every time I visit! The iced honey vanilla chai is my favorite :) They also offer yummy Italian sodas, frozen drinks and their breakfast burritos are SO GOOD. So glad Ziggi's is here! read more

Positive marks for convenience and super-friendly service. However, I tried a 16-oz Americano and it wasn't to my liking. My taste in coffee leans toward darker roasts with a less "green" or "vegetative" flavor. If you like Loveland Coffee, you'll probably like Ziggi's. No brewed decaf coffee; never. They do offer a decaf watered-down espresso. If you want brewed decaf stop nextdoor at the 7-Eleven Conoco gas station. Outdoor seating only and no restrooms. No free refills either like Panera Bread. read more
