Wow. Nidal at Mt. Zion Tires and Wheels saved us! After two days of blizzard weather, we got on the…read moreroad Christmas Day to travel from one family's celebration to another, about an hour away. In the first couple miles we started hearing a loud noise from the car and pulled over to a gas station to check it out - and we had a flat tire. Because of the storms and the holiday, AAA could only give us a 6-hour service window. Luckily, we saw that Mt. Zion Tires was 0.5 miles away, and we made it there safely. Not only were they open on Christmas Day, they were super friendly and helpful on the phone and as soon as we arrived they got right to work on our tire. At some point we had ran over a nail. So they patched the hole, and sent us on our way! And it only cost $20. It can't be fun to have to work on a holiday and outside when it's miserably cold. But I am SO grateful they were open and so helpful and affordable. They made this situation feel like just a bump in the road and not a crisis that ruined our holiday and travel. Now we're safely back on the road and I'm so thankful!

The man I spoke to when I arrived asking about the work I wanted done, then went to speak to a someone who was working on a car (outside on the ground not on a car lift) in what I assume was Arabic and the second man just glared at me. I do not know what was said. They must be making more money than they know what to do with and do not want new customers. That is the impression I got, so I left. This shop is probably best used if you're looking for a used tire (they have mountains of them on the side of building) or for a tire emergency on a Sunday.

ITS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO GET TIRES INSTALLED!!!! DON'T RISK…read moreHAVING ANY TIRES INSTALLED HERE!!! My 70 year old husband purchased a set of tires here on the morning of 12/20/23. He felt a vibration while driving the car to work and call them. They told him to bring it back in the next morning (12/21/23) so they could look at the tires. Stating that perhaps they weren't balanced properly. He took the car in as scheduled. When he arrived, they asked him to bring it back tomorrow morning because they were installing a new tire balancer. So on (12/22/23) My Husband took the car in again so they could finally balance all four tires. He left the lot and drove about a mile down the road before the rear driver side tire blows and came completely off the car leaving him setting on the side of Dixie Hwy. It broke a few of the lug bolts completely off and damaged the fender of the vehicle. THANK GOD IT WASN'T THE FRONT TIRE! They did come get the car and make small efforts to do repairs to get a tire back on it. The lug bolts they installed to replace what was broken were very short. So this is the second unsafe situation they put him in!!!! They didn't even want to discuss the damage to the rear finder. Except to try pushing it back in. The owner just walked away and left!!!! My husband could have been killed! They still have not to made an effort to settle the damages to the vehicle!
