Took my laptop on Friday because it wouldn't turn on. I wanted to try someone local though because the company I bought my laptop at doesn't have a store in Florida. They told me that it wasn't a problem, they would look at it and check the warranty, then call me on Monday. Monday comes and I don't hear from them. At 4pm I call them to check the status of my laptop and they tell me that they are just now putting it on the workbench to look at. Jeremy said he would call me before they closed with an update. The night goes on and I don't get a call. So now it's Tuesday and still nobody calls. At 2pm I call them and get told that I need to activate the warranty through MSI and then come in. I can't activate the warranty because they have my laptop with all the information I need so I decide to just go pick up my laptop and see what the issue is. I get to the store and THEY NEVER LOOKED AT MY LAPTOP. They told me that if they opened it the warranty would be void. So they lied about working on it and held my laptop for 5 days for no reason. I still have no idea what's wrong with my laptop because they couldn't even bother to look at the computer. They knew from the start it was under warranty - why didn't they say anything Friday when I told them? They completely wasted my time.
