The dosa itself was fantastic, it was soft and flakey and the potatoes were seasoned perfectly, it had plenty of spice to it! I would say the dosas are the highlight of Andhra 2 America. When you spend some time hanging out by the truck, you will see families with plates of dosas, it seems to be their specialty! However, this isn't the only thing they sell. Their chicken manchuria is like a super awesome sauced nugget. It has some heat, but lots of other savory and bold flavors to it. The veggie noodles are a good option for something with less sting to it. I would say it teeters on the verge of being bland, but gives your meal some variety. The double egg and chicken fried rice is a step in the Chinese direction of food, with Indian flavors with Chinese techniques. A solid option for sure.
