Making unnecessary comments about a young girl's appearance is completely unacceptable and honestly embarrassing for a business that works in beauty services. If this is how they treat customers, especially teenagers, they should seriously rethink their customer service. There are plenty of other salons in the area that know how to treat people with basic respect. We will absolutely never be back.

I went on a Saturday morning for a pedicure and was still able to get seated quickly because they have a lot of staff working. The salon was very clean, and I really appreciated how careful they were about sanitation and protecting clients from infections. The technician did an excellent job on my pedicure. She was very thorough and professional. This is hands-down my new go-to spot for pedicures. I didn't try getting my nails done this time, but maybe next visit!

Another technician came and started my manicure. She was moving so fast and haphazardly, and kept telling me to "relax" my hands. I was tense because I was sure she was going to nick the side of my cuticle. She was pulling/cutting my cuticles so hard and ended up taking a chunk of my thumb cuticle. She did the manicure and forgot the design. When she got up to give me the massage I asked about it and she said it would be an extra $20 and she had to take off the top layers to do it over what she had already done. I told her to forget it. While massaging my shoulders behind me she reached around me for me to switch hands under the lamp and pulled my hair. All that and only got $5 off for the "inconvenience". They told me I could come back another day for the design, I said forget it and left. I've never left a poor review in my life and am generally a very understanding person but this was insane!

Now, they are moving to the storefront right next to where they are originally located and it's going to be soooo very nice. Yes, I've been going here for a very long time. I did Batman nails for Halloween, I needed done in a pinch, and they had the bat stickers ready to go!! They are a bit on the pricier side. Not so much the base cost for a manicure, but if you're looking to reshape your nails, or for a lot of nail artwork, you will definitely be charged extra. But I rather pay here then going somewhere I haven't tried for something I am specifically looking for. I have yet to find that anywhere else, so I will continue to drop in here occasionally. I found the experience from a customer service perspective to be a bomb. The manager seemed harried and rushed and not respectful of my appt time. Ditto to the tech who did my pedicure who seemed pained by having to do my pedicure. I sat in the chair waiting for her to do a pedicure I had scheduled. In total, there was 30 minutes of wait time between the two appointments not because of the scheduling but the mismanagement of this salon. I would never return, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the time.
