Timely, thorough, and shared advice on related matters to the mouth and jaw muscles sensitivity. I had injured my head in a fall last Sunday, which caused me not to widen my mouth extensively. read more

Zhao Dental - Bout to get my teeth fixed - General Dentistry Near Me - Pleasanton, California

Punctual. Interest in patient. The work gets done, but all with full attention and thoughtful care of dentist, hygienist, office staff etc.

This is a follow up to my previous review, I decided to give Zhao Dental a second try and did a complete deep cleaning. The procedure was painless and comfortable. The hygienist did a thorough cleaning. I recommend this clinic for this professionalism. read more

wonderful services ! I appreciate Dr. Zhao's professional denal treatment. Nice staffs.

I just had my deep cleaning done; it was 1.5 hours. I was very nervous, because of the length of time and all the cleaning that will be done to my teeth. The hygienist was super great, her patient, made me comfortable, I felt no pain! She also had a very professional and pleasant personality (too bad I forgot her name). I recommend this dentist to everyone. My whole family goes here too. read more

We are new this dentist but Im certain the staff has all learned my childrens name! My kids had to get minor work done and each of them had quite the melt down. My patience was done after trying to encourage them to just get it done but the staff was truly amazingly patient and they worked with my children to get the work done. I truly feel that if it was anyone else they would have asked us to leave, but not here. I cannot say enough good things about everyone in this office. Truly show a level of great commitment to their patients and the end goal of treating what needed to get done. read more

Greedy Dentist pretending to be an Oral Suregon. Scheduled to perform an oral surgery, cancelled on me, still charged and gave me the boot. Good luck with customer service too if you need a copy of your scans. read more

Great! Came in for a teeth cleaning and they were super fast and efficient. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

As always for more than 10 years, my visit was handled with compassion, urgency and very capable Dr. & staff. I arrived for my regular cleaning & checkup and surprised the staff with a cap that had come off. Even though it was towards the end of the day, Dr. Zhao and her staff took care of that issue without hesitation. A special thank you Tina (and all of the staff) who always make me feel special and like a VIP patient. I can't imagine going anywhere else! They are simply the best. read more

Maybe not even 1 star - Joys from the front desk is the worst customer service person in dealing with Billing issue. Don't call back regarding questions and hanging up, very rude and doesn't want to work with the patient but just a paper pusher - read more

I love this dentist!! Took my mom here for her cleaning for the first time since COVID. My mom was afraid to go to the dentist since COVID, but this practice uses blue light ray to sanitize the whole office every night which was very comforting to know. The staff was very friendly and Dr.Zhao spoke Cantonese which is a plus since my mom doesn't speak English. Dr.Zhao patiently explained to my mom the treatment she needed. The hygienist was very good and cleaning was painless and very thorough. Will definitely come back for my mom's treatment. read more

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Zhao for many years. Dr. Zhao and her staff are top-notch, and I would recommend to anybody looking for an incredible dentist in the Tri-Valley. The whole practice has a very modern look to it and the exam room is very aesthetically pleasing and comforting. They've done a great job in producing feelings of calm and relaxation for patients. As for the dentistry, Dr. Zhao and her team are incredible. They do a great job in explaining the work they're doing and are always upfront and honest. They'll take the extra time, even if something is done just for precautionary reasons, to ensure a patient's long-term health and safety. The work they do is done to the highest standards. You can tell this staff really cares about their patients. They're committed to the highest quality of work, each time. They take a lot of the stress out of going to the dentist. 5 stars each day and everyday! read more

Called several times and even visited locally to find out if they still can take care our dental need for the family since John Ko our previous dentist left the practice at this location. Also wanted to find about the crown that was ordered by previous dentist. The kept saying they will call us back but never received the call back with update. I really wanted to them to take care of my whole family members dental needs. They lost the us as a big customer. I am sure they have enough customer to take care and not care about some of them. read more

Dr. Zao is a great dentist. highly recommend her for her ability to resolve complicated cases. Thank you.

Excellent experience! the edge of my molar chipped from a previous filling that was too big (different dentist) causing the tooth to weaken. Thankfully it didn't hurt and these wonderful ladies were able to get me in next day, do the X-rays and get me a temporary crown. I am waiting 3 weeks for the permanent one. Everyone was so professional and knowledgeable. Also a full staff of women. I love it!!! read more

The front desk girl is incredibly rude. We are taking our business elsewhere. Dr.Ko's staff was pleasant and professional, never in all the years we went to him had we encountered the level of unprofessional we did here. read more

Please read the review for the reason, which is not about the actual service. This place is "Zhao Dental" in Pleasanton. But when I called for an appointment, they said that 'Dr. Zhao does not work from that office and works in Dublin'. I pointed out the name is "Zhao Dental" and there is no Dr. Zhao? They said 'they might have to look into that'. Dr. Zhao is listed as accepting Denti-cal insurance, but their office doesn't. read more

I was a patient of Dr. Ko for years and transferred over to Dr Zhao when he retired. I asked for a copy of my dental records and front desk was pretty rude and unhelpful. She said they could not send them to me. She said they do not have internet connection from Dr Ko systems and said she could only take pictures of my last x-rays with her phone and email them to me. I asked if I can just come by and pick them up and she said no. That does not sound right and very unprofessional. Very poor service and will be transferring to another dentist. read more

Dr Zhao and her team strive to optimize the patient experience, they are kind and the dental office equipment and service is excellent. The preappointment text reminders help and they are always on time with the appointment. I would highly recommend them. read more

I lost a filling and called Dr. Zhao's office only because it was the nearest dentist to my house. They made an appointment for a few days later. The office is bright, modern and clean. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Dr. Zhao is competent, professional, and did a great job. She explained what she was going to do and answered all my questions. Filling was replaced and everything is just fine now. I'll certainly go back for future dental needs. read more
