We were referred to CWF by A#1 Air. Project Manager Oscar showed up to assess the damage later that same day (Wednesday, Jan 17th)and walked us through the process. During his time here, we contacted our insurance company to file a claim which was initiated within 20 minutes with a representative over the phone. Since Oscar was present, it facilitated communication. Oscar gave us a two-hour window between 8am and 10am and said that we should expect to receive a call from dispatch informing us that they are on their way. He also took a series of pictures before he left so that he could inform the crew of the events that transpired. On Saturday, January 20th, the mitigation crew removed a portion of the engineered flooring that was affected and promptly placed industrial fans on and around it. They informed us that they would be back to pick up the equipment (in 4 days) after the area has completely dried and answered any questions we had. Kris, Sheldon, Gabriel, and Oscar were professional and knowledgeable - explaining everything about the process and I appreciate the time and patience they took on a Saturday morning to help us. Got with Scott and his team and they came out and gave some recommendations and listened to what our vision was and told us how we could get there. Had a great experience from start to finish as the whole team from the top to the workers who transformed the open concept to a very nice looking entry way to the office in just 4 days. They also patched two holes we had in the wall from a prior water leak that we did not realize that plumbers will tear your wall up but not fix it. We were not aware of this before hand and would have gone to them as they do everything and left our plumbers out as it would have cost the same price in the end. Over all the doors were installed and matched to bedroom frame out with the arches and the paint on all the walls matched to where you cannot tell what is the old paint and what is the new.
