This review is more about the noticed changes in customer service on these visits. They seem to be stepping up their game in this area. They are definitely trying to breathe life back into the business. I wish them well and hope they continue down this path. The attendant was a very sweet older lady. She was so nice and accommodating. They were out of Diet Coke. They were out of regular hotdog buns. I grabbed lunch here aster attending an event close by. I liked the hotdog and the toasted bun. The burgers are pretty mediocre. They come with no lettuce or any vegetables. I hate that. They also had no mayo. It was not very pleasant to eat. I used to go to the little five points location..I found out today that a tree fell on the building in 2021 and that's why it closed. I never will forget the feeling of me pulling up the last time and the building was closed. This is a Atlanta GA staple they been opened since my dad was born the same year 1949.. They must be doing something right! I passed the Moreland Ave location plenty of times I could never get myself to visit no shade I'm from the hood. I looked at the website and saw majority of bad reviews that made me not want to visit even though it's close..I have not eaten a this restaurant since 2021 and I found out about this location through Uber Eats! I am happy that I did. The foott long my first time trying one hear with out the onions. I also got the chubby burger with a buy one get one free special no onions on my burgers. I also got a order of onion rings. The thing I like a lot about Zestos is that they have malt shakes not just regular shakes it's a difference! Delicious food the way the hot dog taste with the chilli and the hamburger got a delicious good taste! Im giving 5 stars if I could I would give 10 stars! I wished there was a 3.5 but there's not. We came in around 1pm on a Wednesday and it was not busy, maybe 3 people in line. The service was better than what I have read on other reviews. I have never really been a Zestos fan because the food is just mid.... We tried to sit down but almost every table was dirty and I believe it took some of the Zestos corporate people to get someone out to clean the tables. I can tell you to not be in a hurry if you stop in as the food does take a couple mins longer than most fast food. I ordered the chili dog and a rocky road Artic blast. The hot dog was just a basic dog and looked a little pitiful but it tasted pretty good. The Artic blast was a small and it's bigger than most smalls are, I think this is a 16oz cup so the $7 for it is not as crazy as it sounds. Yo. The soft-serve still rocks my face off. And Zesto's remains one of the only places left where you can get a Blueberry Malt. Or a pineapple shake. Or a sundae. So when I got to the window and the lady said $18 I said I was ordering the special. I came to zestos on my lunch break because I was crazing chili cheese fries, I've had their food before it has been a hit or miss. But TODAY! Was a complete miss and failure. There was no chillen it was just ground beef and cheese on top and then as I was eating (because again I was hungry and craving some food) I noticed my fries were soggy and it's because it was sitting in oil in the container which you can see the oil at the bottom of the container!
