Such a darling store on Main Street Fredericksburg. Staff was extremely helpful. Great selection of clothing and jewelry.

One of my favorite shops to visit when visiting Fredericksburg and probably one of the most dangerous ones according to the fiancé because he has to make sure I don't try to buy the whole store. They have cute shirts and fragrances but the thing that gets me is their jewelry counter. They always have a sale of some sort for their Kendra Scott and Pandora jewelry lovers and I'm a sucker. I told myself that I will not buy a pandora bracelet because I would be suckered in to buy all the charms but who can resist a 50% off all pandora sale?! Add that with friendly and helpful staff and it's hard to leave empty handed. It's a cute store that is not as cluttered as a lot of the shops in Fredericksburg, more spacious, and the layout is much more straight forward than other shops that go up, down, and multiple rooms. read more

Drove 45 minutes to buy a pair of shoes, called them at 5:30 and asked if they would have what I wanted in stock. They said yes, I told them I would be there at six, the lady on the phone said sounds good. I drove the last 30 minutes and got there at 6:01, I walked up in the door was locked, called them and they said they were closed even though their website says 6:30 she wouldn't sell me the shoes I had already picked out. Great store offering a great selection of women's clothing. I had spent a part of the day going in & out of different stores looking for something cute to wear out that night. I found 3 really adorable tops & ended up wearing one of them out of the store! Nice layout so looking was easy, not stuffed to the gills with merchandise, the staff was very friendly & set me up in a fitting room. The fitting rooms are nice & kept clean (as the rest of the store). Check out was a breeze. Will definitely be back! read more

I love this store. The employees are always so welcoming when you walk in and they always have the cutest selections. Zertz is constantly updating their inventory so every time you go there is always something new. I was so impressed by how fast the shipping was when I ordered online. I really love this place. When we go to Fredericksburg, we normally don't spend a ton of our time shopping on Main street (more time at the wineries), but I always make a stop in Zertz. They carry Theme clothing, which I love. Theme does a lot of hand embroidering and can be sort of pricey, but so worth it! I've bought a couple tops and a dress from Zertz and I get compliments constantly on them. My mom got my birthday gift this year from Zertz and did a very good job ;) They carry a ton of Lucky brand jeans, purses etc. and even though I am a fan of Lucky, you can get them cheaper elsewhere. The last time we were there, we went with my mom and sister and did a lot more walking that usual and the boyfriend's feet got super tired so he found a pair of comfy Croc flip flops here. They have a ton of cute Crocs for us gals in some really cute styles that I haven't seen or can't find elsewhere and the pricing is comparable to anywhere else that sells them, which is nice. All & all...this place is a must stop on my list every time. I feel like a kid in a candy store...an expensive and over my budget on most things candy store, but being that we aren't there a ton, it's worth it to grab something I really want when we're there. It's so nice when a boyfriend TELLS you to get something rather that the alternative. They've got tons of candles, bath salts, jewelry, shoes, purses and clothing. Enough good stuff to keep you looking for a while and ignore all else that's going on around you. At least that's what happens to me when I go in there. You'll find when you're walking around in here that you may pick up a top and think "Oh that's not a bad price at all!" and then you pick up another top and you think "wheeeew!" and then you'll tell yourself that you love it and you need it and that you should have it. Like I do. The manager of the store hasn't ever been very friendly and I'd say aside from some of the high prices on SOME things, that's the only downside ;) The girls who work in there are super helpful and sweet, in fact when my mom purchased my birthday gift, they extended the exchange time since it would be a week before she gave it to me. Despite cold encounters with staff members during previous visits to this store, the selection of relatively attractive clothing kept me coming back on mother-daughter trips that I take with my mom for an occasional fun day out. However, after the horrible treatment received today, we will never shop at zertz again. The store is manned at all times by a horde of teenage girl staffers, all of whom are usually aloof but not offensive. Today, as I was trying on a winter coat in their cramped changing area, my mom, an unfailingly sweet woman, checked the size on a pair of pants. She was immediately snapped at by a young clerk, who told her that these clothes were reserved, and when my mom moved to another stall the same young woman told her that it was taken and that there was "limited space" meaning that she was in the way. We were not asked if we would like a fitting room. We were not told anything politely, and when we approached the other girls we were roundly ignored. We did not deserve this treatment, and neither do you. Do not be fooled by their pretty exteriors, these high schoolers will give you service befitting a criminal. read more

Spent a weekend in Fredericksburg and found this great shop. Purchased several items and returned home. Immediately washed and wore a couple of the items but saved one for a special event. When I finally did wash that last item it shrunk considerably. I was well past the 15-day return policy but contacted Zertz via their website and told them what happened. I received an almost immediate response to my email asking me to call them. I did and they credited my credit card immediately - never once mentioned that the 15 days was up. SUPER customer service. Love a business that doesn't spout out "policy" and instead stands up for good service...no, make that GREAT service. I will be back and will spend more in this store. One of the two stores on Main Street I was impressed with. I'm a very picky shopper with a keen eye and I was surprised to find a boutique if this quality hidden amongst the tourist trap stores on the main strip. Quality labels that are on trend such as Kendra Scott and Free People were prominently featured alongside up and coming smaller labels. Impeccably merchandised, styled, and a wide range of sizes. Even plus sizes in trendy non frumpy styles! I can't wait to come back to shop here. A treat and a rare gem. read more

I had the worst customer service at this store. Visiting Fredericksburg has always been a real treat, but this store left a bad taste in my mouth. I patiently waited to check out and a girl started asking about rings. I stayed at the counter and the saleswoman didn't even acknowledge my existence. I waited over five minutes at the cashier counter and NOBODY helped me. Here I was, ready to purchase, and nobody was willing to ring me up, There were other workers there, but nada. I will never shop here again and am telling everyone about my experience. It also doesn't help that I am nine months pregnant and was treated this way. read more
