The item could have been a gift--she had no idea who it was for. There was simply no reason to make a personal comment. If she wanted to help with sizing, she could have approached us politely and explained whether the clothing tends to run small or large. That would have been helpful customer service. Instead, her comments were judgmental and disrespectful. Her attitude at the register was no better. I asked how she was doing, and she never once looked up at me or asked how we were doing. Every other store we visited along the strip was friendly and welcoming, which made this experience stand out even more. I understand that one employee does not represent everyone at this store, but management needs to address how customers are being treated. After reading other reviews, it appears we are not the only ones who have experienced rude, snooty service here. It's unfortunate to have to leave a review like this, but customers should be able to shop without unsolicited comments about their bodies. We won't be returning.
