My husband and I had heard there was finally a pizza place in the packing house so we went to try it out. We were not disappointed. They had an amazing lunch special but we decided to get a large Margarita pizza to take home. This pizza was big enough for 3 meals for each of us for a reasonable price. Now onto the pizza. 10/10, I love the amount of options you can get from, and appreciate how welcoming and understanding Mickey or Nicky was with me. I am currently 4 months pregnant and finding food to eat that is both delicious and safe to eat is HARD! I can't review the food since I ordered this for a veterinary office/hospital as a thank you for the emergency care our dog received from them. We were visiting in our RV from NorCal when our dog broke her front leg. Panicked, we looked for an emergency vet and found these people and we could not believe our luck. I can't believe I hadn't written a review sooner! Nico and Michi are the kindest people! I love their pizza so much I wanted to take it to my family for thanksgiving. Unfortunately, Packing House wasn't open. I told Michi and Nico that I would pick up on Wednesday and reheat for thanksgiving. While Nico said it would still taste good, he went the extra mile to pack the toppings on the side and then list the directions on the box so we would have the best quality. Their pizza is outstanding and their customer service is on another level. I highly recommend any of their pizzas...and if you're a fan, Michi's tiramisu is the best I've ever had. The food was good but the customer service was TERRIBLE! I only bought the pizza because it's what my kids wanted but it was disappointing to be treated so poorly. I was there yesterday with my two kids and my daughter wanted a slice of pepperoni. This was my first time there so I didn't know that while pepperoni was on the menu, if it's not out on display then it's not available. However I asked the guy taking the order if he knew if they were going to make any pepperoni pizzas any time soon and he said "whatever is out is all we have". Ok I get that but why not ask the people making the pizza if they would be making one shortly so maybe I could wait. The lady behind him making the pizzas must have heard because she said something you him in another language and I did hear her say "pepperoni". Only because my daughter really wanted pizza did I decide to wait. No more than 3 minutes later they have pepperoni pizza! What kind of customer service is this? So while the pizza was decent, the service was not so I cannot recommend this place. How do you expect customers to return or recommend your restaurant when this is how you treat customers. read more
