From the start, their communication was clear and professional. Before arrival, I even received a text with a tracking link showing their ETA, such a helpful feature, especially for opening the gate on time without any hassle. They sent Christian, and he was excellent. Very friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything before getting started. My carpet was honestly in very bad shape, but he managed to bring it back to looking almost brand new. And of course, the price was very reasonable compared to other businesses. We contacted West Coast Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning after getting an estimate from another…read morecompany for several thousand dollars to tear out a bunch of ceiling drywall in our garage, replace the duct, put everything back together and paint. West Coast charged us a few hundred to repair our duct. It did not need replacing; it had just come detached in 2 areas and was not venting well, causing our dryer to dry very inefficiently. They don't handle the drywall repair, but that's OK! We have someone who can do that, and it will still cost significantly less than the other company quoted us. Robert and Eli (?) did a great job on the duct repair, and also took care of fixing a partially-crushed flexible duct behind our dryer. All is good in the world now!
