Overall the food and drink was good. I had the hot XXtra flamin hot elotes, a spicy watermelon and their Sriracha wings with Cajun fries. However, they took forever to get my food order out. The corn alone took about 15 minutes to get and my wings took 45 minutes! They weren't busy at all so I have no idea why it took so long. The two girls working in the front just stood in the front on their phones and played around with the music. The music was COMPLETELY inappropriate (lots of cussing and sexual content) for my 9 year old daughter that was with me! My husband finally had to ask how much longer it was going to be and they finally brought it out. The wings were very good and tasty but the fries were hard and cold Really!?!? After that long wait time you can't even serve hot fresh fries. Today I ordered a popcorn chicken meal and garlic noodles with shrimp. I specifically asked for sauces for both my entrees but more importantly ranch for the popcorn chicken. When I was checking out I asked the cashier if all items were in the bag as I noticed it was already tied up. The cashier said yes and I proceeded to head home. Once I got home and opened the bag, there was no sauce for either entree. Opened the container with the popcorn chicken and it was dry with no ranch dipping sauce. More importantly I called to complain and was greeted by the manager who was very argumentative, rude and combative. She stated that the only thing she could do for me was give a $0.50 refund which would be reflected on my card in 3 business days. She did not care or seem concerned about the inconvenience of having to drive back up to the restaurant which is over 5 miles from my house. After trying to get my point across the manager continued to rudely talk over me and the next thing I know I heard a dial tone and was hung up on. The manager needs complete customer service retraining as well as the staff. I will not be returning to this location thanks to her. I love the menu's encorporation of classic Mexican street style food with a refined and polished method of presentation. Their Carne Asada fries are far better than those offered by Roberto's across the street. Zero Degrees uses a particular cheese sauce atop the fries that is incomparable. Just downright heavenly. I have to say it's lived up to the hype. I came in after a doctors appt and ordered 3 lunch specials. One was the house brew tea and carne asada fries. The second was Thai tea made non dairy and garlic butter salt wings. The third was popcorn chicken and strawberry bliss for the drink. Everything was amazing and delicious and we will 100% be back. My toddler stole my Thai Tea so I tried the Strawberry Bliss and I have a new favorite. My daughter ate the popcorn chicken and absolutely loved it. The carne asada fries are better than Roberto's, Pepe's Tacos, Habaneros, or Don Tortaco to be 100% honest. The only place I like them better is Pinches Tacos. I ordered a manganada (spell check) This was more sour and tangy than sweet. My mango slush taste like a slush, with the toppings, and mango on top. I'm in love with mago, but unfortunately I can hardly taste it. I felt as the mangos were not in season, are good enough to eat, pretty hard. The place was very clean and servers are nice. I would recommend you to look at pics online because of its your first time it's not many pics in store. Since I had no prior expectations coming to this place other than "omg a new boba place" my experience may be a little different. Babe and I went during the day and it wasn't busy at all. No lines. There were a bunch of people sitting and eating and drinking. They looked happy. After reading the menu, we decided to order teas. Babe got a Thai tea and I got a strawberry bliss with boba. Prior to opening a Las Vegas store, I visited Zero Degrees during visits to California. It holds a great concept, for it incorporates Asian and Latin flavors into drinks and savory snacks; however, I'm not a fan of this particular location. Since its opening, we've visited four or five times and I really wish that I could like it. After the grand opening hype died down, the lines have significantly slimmed down so don't let the reviews about the long lines deter you from visiting! It's located in the Smith's plaza on the corner of Decatur and Flamingo next to the Planet Fitness. There's never an issue with parking here. There are plenty of seats inside (however, it can be challenging to find a spot during prime time) and a few chairs outside. The aesthetics of the cafe has an industrial vibe and they're often playing pretty "lit" music. There always seems to be a lingering sewage smell but it's not an issue if you don't plan on dining in. My biggest gripe about here is how disorganized it is. They'll call our numbers out of order (I understand that each drink is made differently) but they'll be at customer nine and jump to customer fifteen then back to seven. Even when it's slow, the drinks from one order come out five minutes apart. The customer service is generally pretty friendly but the efficiency isn't the best. The drinks are unique and you can't find a lot of the menu items elsewhere. Unlike the other locations, the slushes here tend be too icy with little flavor and the milk teas and horchatas are too sweet. My personal favorite are the matcha horchata and the lychee crush. For an additional amount of money, you have the option to add the mango slices to certain slushes as well (it goes well with the chamango). In my opinion, there are better options in Las Vegas but the menu items here are unique enough to make it stand out and make a visit. read more

After ordering... no joke we waited almost 30 minutes for our two drinks. They need to hire more workers or have better prep because the wait is super long for boba. As for the drinks itself, it's way more beautiful than it is delicious. The Ube shake was good and rich and I loved the candy on top but it was very icy. There were chunks of crushed ice that you have to chew while sipping on your drink. It would be much better if it was blended better. The mangonada was suppppper salty! I didn't expect that much salt. It was for me overly salted with the tajine and I didn't get much of the mango sweetness. Where do I begin. Pulling up to Zero Degrees at 8:30 this evening, my group and I felt pretty good about our choice for a late night sweet tooth fix. There was a lively crowd gathered outside and inside the cafe and a long line of guests waiting to place an order. Surely this place must be top notch to attract so many patrons! Fast forward 2 hours....things certainly had turned out quite a bit differently than we anticipated. When we arrived at Zero, there were probably about 20-25 people ahead of us waiting to place their orders. About 45 minutes later, we finally made it to the cashier. As if the wait was not enough to dampen our spirits, when we glanced towards the counter next to the cashier, there were 45ish cups lined up waiting to be filled up with customers orders. This was a bad omen indeed. We decided we had waited this long so we might as well place our orders and just wait a little longer. After all, they were just drinks and it should not take too long to burn through all those waiting cups on the counter. For the next hour, we watched in horror as employees behind the counter wandered aimlessly in a daze as if they had just crossed the great Mojave barefoot without water for days. Rarely were any of them observed actually making anything but instead just doing an endless shuffle amongst each other, trying to search for this thing or that thing that may or may not be required to make whatever the next order was. It was as if they had all just been hired hours earlier with no training whatsoever. About 45 min into our post-order ordeal and after I sent a nasty gram through Zero's website "contact us" section, a general manager emerged from the parking lot and wandered into the back of the cafe for a few minutes. When he came back out, I decided to approach him and enlighten him to the absolute catastrophe that was unfolding in his store. When he asked my name and then realized that I was the one that just sent the nasty gram, he apologized and said they were having staffing issues.....obviously. No offer for a refund or any other kind of solution. 15 minutes later, and with no help from the general manager, the dazed and confused employees managed to complete our order. Amazing! So after 1 hour and 45 minutes, I was finally able to enjoy my beverage. Not once did one of the employees apologize to me or the zillions of other customers who were waiting endlessly for their orders. No refunds were offered. It was just business as usual for all behind the counter. I could not and still cannot believe I waited that long for a simple drink. Take my advice....DON'T get in line at this place. You will wait hours. They have zero visible management, nobody knows that they are doing, they are hugely inefficient, and they are unapologetic. You will regret it. If I had to guess, in their current state, Zero Degrees will be a short lived phenomenon...at least here in Las Vegas. read more

I'm already a huge fan of their Pomona location, so I was super excited to find out they were opening a Vegas location (two actually!). Sometimes with chains and soft openings, quality can vary, so I'm very happy to report that I was still very pleased with my order here. I came with a bunch of friends for their soft opening. There was a pretty huge crowd, so it took a while for our orders to come out. But I mean, that's kind of expected for a store that just opened with so many people. I got the popcorn chicken box and mangonada. Fries were great. Chicken was mostly great. It's not mango season so the mangoes in it weren't super sweet, but that's expected. Overall, the drink was very similar to the ones I've had in Pomona. My only gripe--I asked for medium spiciness for the chicken, and my friend who is super sensitive to any heat was able to eat it. I am sad to give this place only 2 stars. It may be because they just opened and things were super hectic. The wait was an hour long just standing in line. The food took more than 40 minutes to come to the table. My friend's truffle fries were cold. And the rest of our food was OK, but nothing that seriously "wow'd" us. But the drinks... the drinks are spot on. I had the strawberry lemonade and it was so good! My friends all ordered the mangonadas and they all tased nothing short of amazing. The presentation of drinks gets a 5/5 for being really aesthetically pleasing to the eye. However, they need to work on the time management for their food. Wasn't even a hint of sriracha sauce in it. It was asian sweet and sour sauce. If you're gonna pawn it off as "Sriracha" at least use the actual Sriracha Hot Sauce! Had 2 Mangonadas, 1 Lychee and 1 Spicy Watermelon. Mangos were hard, Watermelons not sweet and the whites of the watermelon was used so it tasted like the rind of the watermelon. Also I think there was pineapple juice in the Mangonada. I'm sure its not supposed to be in there. The Pink Lychee was good. Probably the best out of the drinks we purchased. Everything was organized with some stations for arranging how the line wrapped around the building. There was ample amount of seating and space inside and some seating outside as well. The staff is friendly and is helpful with suggestions. I overheard some people asking what they should get if they like certain things. I ordered the Mangonada drink with a Mango Twist topping and the Hot Cheeto Cheese Fries. It was a nice slush and had extra Mango in the drink. Second time here! So I wanted to see what the other hype was about. They are also known for their mangonadas and their spicy watermelon drink. It took way longer to wait for my fiance and I drinks to come out. Reason why their 5 stars is down to 2 is that my order came out separately from fiances, also why did my order come after people who ordered after to me and have 4 plus other drinks? To me, that did not make any sense. When taking a drink from mine, I realized that something was missing. Real mangonadas normally have ice cream at the bottom made with the specific fruit you were ordering. In theirs it tasted of mango syrup, not enough tajin, or chamoy, and watered down as if it was mango chunks just with a ton of ice.
