This is the 1st time I was able to return to this establishment and to my surprise the 2nd trip was worse than the 1st. To give you some background I ordered their famous Mangonada with the tapioca pearls for the 2nd time. Since I don't live in the area I just went on my way. It didn't take much time to realize something was off. It seems like they gave me mango tea slush with boba. Now I love mango and don't care for anything with mango flavoring. I don't know if this is the new mangonada drink but I would prefer the one that is depicted on the website. Overall I don't think this is the place for me. The drinks are too expensive to be made incorrectly especially when a person is just passing through town. I wish the company well if you do come across this establishment I suggest give it a try and see for yourself. read more

It's pretty hot these days so wanted to try their drinks. Very underwhelmed. Was excited to try after looking up their menu but was disappointed when going. The drinks were good enough but pricey for $6+. The food however, not great. I would provide 5 stars but there are things that contribute to it. Drinks -Hands down they know what they are doing with the ube smoothie and watermelon slushie. I go here for my fix of something creamy or fresh. I can't wait to try the teas they look amazing and most likely will return several times. Food - I am not a huge fan at all. I did the honey BBQ wings and regular fries. The fries are good and the wings were spicy to me and I was confuse into why if it is honey bbq. The timing for the food took awhile and I waited about 20 minutes. It was not spectacular about the food for me. It was just spicy with not a lot of flavor to it. Service - First time there the cashier seemed unhappy but did her job. The next visit a different cashier was pleasant and helpful gave her opinions on the teas she like and how they might taste. I've done take out orders from here multiple times and have always had some sort of issue. Most recently, we placed a 3 drink order and got there about 25 minutes later. The store was completely empty and there was 4 employees behind the counter. They then decided to start our order and we waited an additional 10 minutes for our order. I think that defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Additionally, they got our order wrong. Also, as a COVID warning; an employee was walking around without masks on. A bit disturbing. Shakes kind of taste like smoothies and the food LOOKS amazing but it's not so much. It's very overpriced for some cheese fries with a baby amount of the Cheri dust on top. I felt like I got the bottom of the bucket. The French fries are good: thin and super crisp. The elote (Mexican corn) is pretty tasty ($6). Everything else was bad: too salty, too sweet, crazy expensive. Dinner for two was $34! Photos and social media for Zero Degrees were so appealing. But the mangonada was thin, weak, fake tasting. The cucumber limeaide was very sweet, but not tart at all. We also tried chicken wings box ($13.95 with fries) and popcorn chicken, which was dry, mostly breading, and too salty ($12.20 with fries). The counter service is quick. The music is loud. For $34, I want table service, or at least better food. This was super disappointing. read more

I love boba tea and I used to have to drive far just to get it. Then this place opened up and it's even better than I thought. They have not only boba tea but also slushy drinks. It's a place I never realized I needed. Asian and hispanic food and drink all in one place. My favorite thing is the mangonada, it's just the right amount of sweet and spicy. Not only do they have drinks but they have Shrimp! If shrimp isn't your thing the carne asada fries are also really good, I've realized that they take a bit to cook but it's well worth waiting. I ordered my tea "light on the ice" as usual and the misinformed girl taking my order told me she cannot make my drink that way because the measurements would be off. This is not like what I had expected. Drinks over here are more like fast food industry. All the milk tea are made already so that you cant either adjust the flavor or anything. Food are charged way more than how they are supposed to be, but take forever to be done. I asked my french fries to be well done, so i thought that the reason it took so long.
