My first time here and it was definitely worth the drive. The drinks were amazing with so many different options and choices to choose from, there is something to satisfy everyone. I'm a vegetarian and others in my party love meat, we were all able to find something we loved on the menu. The server was very helpful at recommending popular dishes that we might enjoy and the food was cooked fresh to order and didn't take long at all. I was worried that the food wouldn't be very filling but the portions were more than enough and everyone was completely full after their meal. So I mentioned that we got take out right? Regardless if there was a deal on drink or not, I wanted my coworkers to try it, so I got the drinks separately anyway. I got them two mangonadas. I don't know why they didnt think about it, but they made the smoothies first. By the time I got there to pick up my order, the drinks were already melting. On top of that, food wasn't even ready yet. So I had to wait for the food to be ready. So drinks basically liquidfy by the time I got back to my coworkers. It was already half melted when I got into the car. It wasn't even slush anymore. We weren't even that far away from the restaurant. I had gotten the matcha latte and it was good in flavor but the boba was undercooked. It was still kinda raw inside. I grew up eating boba and I can see how people would think it's "al dente" but it certainly was not. It was slightly raw in the center and gave a really weird bite. Boba is supposed to be chewy not slightly crunchy. It didn't happen this time, but the second time I ordered, my friend just wanted a simple vanilla shake. So we tried to ask for the cookie monster shake with no cookies. How hard is that right? No instead the girl recommended us the Ube and told us it just tasted like a vanilla shake anyway. We agreed trusting her. It was nothing like just a plain vanilla shake. It tasted like cream with sugar and tiny hints of licorice. I don't understand why they couldn't just make us a cookie monster with no cookies. So basically, I think the quality has really declined. Seemed like they are more concerned about money than their customer. Personal opinion. Maybe the market for this isn't in Florida so they've had to cut costs. I dont know. Zero Degrees opening in Greenacres has attracted so many people and the line is always out the door. Speaking in terms of space, it's a good place for big groups or dates (it might be too loud though). The interior decoration is cute & simple. There's also a lot of parking, which is a PLUS. The Thai tea was too creamy & didn't have enough of the tea part. The peach blossom was very refreshing, and my sister actually finished the entire drink, which was surprising. The Cucumber Limeade was just a surprising flavor. To me, it tasted like a light sauce you put on noodles like vermicelli noodles. They have a lot of creative drinks and two split cups! Their glass water bottles are pretty cute. The popcorn chicken was good & crispy, but was really small for popcorn chicken. The chicken wings were flavorful. The fries were average and I couldn't even tell if they were homemade fries. The carne asada fries were a disappointment. *****UPDATE BELOW***** I gave 5 stars on Google when I came a while back for the GO but unfortunately felt the need to review on Yelp as well with a completely opposite review/experience based on today's visit. We walked in and we were not greeted or acknowledged. I get it, a lot of people come here and stare at the menu before they know what they want. There's a female employee in the front making drinks and a male employee in the kitchen. They're talking through the window. I make eye contact with the kitchen employee and we're still not acknowledged. Another minute goes by and we're ready to order. Female employee is finally facing towards the front of the store and I tell her "we're ready to order" over the music with profanity. She said something along the lines of "OK I need to finish these drinks/orders first". That is the incorrect thing to say. This review is not to deter patrons away but for management to see and train their employees properly. I am more than happy to discuss about my visit further if needed. Oh as I'm leaving, the song that's playing is saying "Suck a nigga dick or something". I've ordered at this place many times before without a problem. On the Uber eats app, for the box combo, there used to be an option for selecting what type of boba you want for your drink. I guess the option was removed, and I've always wrote in the note with what boba I would like for my drinks. I've never had an issue before because, if they ran out or if there was an issue, I would receive a call and everything would be ok. On 1/13/2020 around 6pm I placed an order on Uber eats for a chicken tenders combo with a jasmine milk tea with boba. There wasn't an option for boba so I wrote it in the note section. I know that there is a charge for boba, I just wish they could've called me to confirm it. Or change the price on the ubereats app, and I would've gotten a notification to confirm the charge. I would definitely pay for the charge, because in the past I've done it before(i still have all the receipts from the app, including what I order, how much and what I wrote in the note section). When I got the delivery order, this was written on my cup instead, "Yo, you didn't pay for the boba we can't give you it". I found this very unprofessional and rude, who even talks to their customer like that? I've talked to some of the worker there before, and it wasn't like this :/ Basically, please call and confirm with the customer if there's any additional charges, instead of leaving a note on the cup. The garlic butter salt fries with the combo were also yummy, but towards the end seemed a little drowned in the butter (and garlic which was amazing). I understand that it was living up the the name but a little less of the wetness would be ideal so it's not soggy in the end. But still very good fries; the Parmesan cheese and garlic was exquisite paired with that buttery taste. The matcha milk tea was smooth and just the right sweetness. The boba pearls had the perfect, slightly sweet and chewy texture. The portion of boba was awesome for the size of the drink. 10/10 . will be trying more flavors My only grievance is that as we came in on a weekday for the weekday lunch box meal; my friend completed his order at exactly 3:00 pm and was not given the weekday lunch discount( which may just be how it is) but we just missed it by a jiffy! This place is confusing! Why why why do you serve Milk Teas and not even have real milk? They use non-dairy creamer, and when you ask for real milk, the people behind the counter, all of whom look and act very very young, seem to have zero idea of what real dairy is. The amount of artificial non-dairy creamer that is in their bubble teas made me sick to my stomach, and I imagine this must happen with every single drink. We also tried their hot cheeto fries and elote combo, which wasn't terrible if you're looking for mediocre hangover food. Everything here just seems like they use basic, cheap ingredients. Drink is good! Mangonada and ube is my fav. The honey bbq chicken is sweet with a kick of spice!! The staff are nice. The drinks come out fast but the hot food comes out super slow. You would end up finishing the drink before the hot food even comes out. In my case, I ordered two chicken wings combo and waited for 20-25mins!!! Turns out my ticket wasn't sent to the kitchen. Very busy disorganized opening. Pricey and not great taste. My food came out looking 1/2 eaten compared to other meals. They 'remade' it, the kitchen door was open and they just re-deep-fried it. The food just wasn't all that to me. I really, really wanted to love this place and give it 5 stars because I've seen ads for it all over Facebook/instagram. And I love the idea of the split cup. However, I can't bring myself to give it those extra two stars. This location has only been open for a couple of weeks and you can tell. There's not really an organized system behind the counter and the kitchen. It seems like everyone does whatever they want in whatever order they want. My order number is 39, in which I ordered a split cup and wings. My number gets called, but only the wings are ready. I figured maybe because they were slammed with drink orders, the food came out first. Then I hear order 40, 41, and 42 get called. All drink orders. It took an employee 15-20 minutes to finally get to my cup order, scoop boba into one of the cups, pour the two teas in, and top it off with the Sea Cream. Only because the cups were just put on the counter and people were grabbing at whatever was there without looking to see if the numbers are being grabbed in the correct order. Not only that, but there seemed to be no urgency/hustle in serving customers. There was one girl making the drinks on the station, where she had two orders to make (one of them being mine), and she finished one. She then decided she wanted to do something else and left my drink alone. Another girl had to see it sit there before deciding to finish it. The food and drinks themselves are really good! And it's the reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars. The House Coffee taste exactly like the Vietnamese coffee I would get at a restaurant and the Flaming Hot elote was fun to eat. The food is great for the area - I have to travel a long way to eat Asian food that reminds me of the West Coast so I am glad its easier to get to now. I've been a few times and have loved the drinks. The mangonado and pink lychee are my favorite. Foodwise, the elotes, carne asada fries, and salt and pepper shrimp are delicious. I haven't done anything with flaming hot cheetos as I'm not into that level of heat so can't speak to it An area of (major) improvement I can see is the service. The staff is young but not so personable and I can see that as coming off as unfriendly especially to customers who are curious and/or never had that kind of food. Perhaps a simple greeting and/or interacting more with customers - explaining the menu, giving suggestions, etc. could make a difference. I've sat and waited upwards of 15min for a to-go order (I don't mind that) but what was striking was not once seeing a staff member leave from behind the counter area to check in with customers or tidy up in the dining space - so many tables needed cleaning. I thought that was a fluke on account that it was the first few days of opening but I am sad to say this has been typical of my experiences and from what I've heard via word of mouth. Again, I will keep coming back - the boba is the best in the area and I don't know where else locally to find mangonadoes and ube drinks that could compare. I enjoy elotes and carneasada fries that remind me of san diego.
