He was walking around the house dusting the eaves for wasps and removed a small nest. After looking at my yard and home situation, he determined that there would be little benefit to have routine treatment at his point and asked me if I wanted to cancel before he proceeded any further. Pulling up next to the driver, they were on their cell phone and completely distracted, no care to others around them.
