This team is by far the best choice, and I have used multiple cleaning services over the years, it does not get better than this. Maricela and her team are absolutely amazing. Really quick on communications and responses, showed up early, and at a much better value than others in the area. They showed up fully equipped and asked a few questions and got to work immediately. The house is sparkling clean in a way that I haven't seen in a long time. There were sections and piles of clothes I was tearing my hair out over that they went and took care of without my needing to ask! She texts me Monday morning saying that her other client before me requested additional services, so she asked if I wanted her to come at 10am the next day. I was already annoyed because I took Monday off work to clean and organize. I replied asking if she could come after her first appointment. No reply. I followed up 2.5 hours later. She replied she was busy. I sent a follow up text almost four hours later. She said she could come around 1pm on Tuesday (next day). At 11:30am on Tuesday, I text to confirm. She says she's at a meeting at her son's school, but yes. At 1:37pm, I ask if she's coming soon. She says she's waiting on her son's teacher for the meeting. I say I understand, but it would be great if she could keep me updated with timing. She did not reply. I check in at 3:40pm. No response again. I call at 4:01pm. She does not pick up. I end up cancelling the appointment even though I doubt she was ever planning to come. Unless there's an explanation, it seems like she lied. She said she was at the meeting at 11:30am then says she's waiting for the meeting with the teacher at 1:54pm. As you can see in the texts I uploaded, she fails to communicate and update me in a timely manner.. or at all really. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would've happily paid more to another company from the start to guarantee the service I requested. EDIT: Maricela's daughter and husband called to make things right, which I appreciate, but I decided to book another house cleaner. Also, 6 reviews were posted after I posted my review lol. Within the past 3 hours. Clearly they're faking reviews because some of the posters have only ever posted once. They're trying to drown my review. And as to Maricela's response, you should've communicated to me that you weren't able to come, which you did not today. Proof in the screenshots. Cleaning Quality: The quality of the cleaning was inconsistent and really depended on who was assigned to my home. Some cleaners did an outstanding job (10/10), while others were average (5/10), and a few experiences were disappointing. On one occasion, my kitchen floor wasn't mopped, and they had to return the following day to finish the job. Another time, I noticed a cleaner heating water in my microwave, which seemed odd and unnecessary since I have hot running water. I was also told that their cleaners are trained to clean around items left on countertops rather than moving them, so areas underneath appliances like toasters weren't cleaned. It was disappointing because those areas were often left untouched. I probably would have continued using the service despite the inconsistency if the pricing had remained the same. However, after the substantial increase, I no longer felt the service provided enough value for the cost. Pedro Vasquez managed the actual cleaning team and was always on top of things for us. He took care of handlng the security devices in our facilities and oversaw the cleaning crew. From the corporate side of INX, Amanda Panzer, Chase Mooney and Silvio Morales were all amazing as they supporting each other in insuring that the work was always done in a satisfactory manner. Everyone on the INX team was extremely responsive to any call that I made and to questions that I had. We now have a supply for years of both. I urge people to check their cameras to check on these people as we were being lied to for well over 6 months. They were charging us $900 to show up for 30 minutes and take out the trash.
