Unfortunately, while the carpet overall did get clean (as he brought his industrial steamer), the stains and smell did not improve. I am aware that sometimes, stains are too set in, but I hired a professional to either advise me as such beforehand or not make a promise that they could be removed. After-the-fact, he said the fiber color had been changed. I asked if he had any special chemicals to remove them. He responded with "no" and recommended I put a plant over it... In sum, if you just need the carpets cleaned but no stain removal, Guy will do a fine job.

I recently decided that my windows needed cleaning, so I called & made an appointment for them to come. 8:30 came & went. 9A came & went, so I phoned. "We're having some problems, I'll be there soon." My house is a small house with maybe 20 windows. So far, it has taken 3 1/2 days & they're still not done. Besides that, there are now holes in my window screens so they'll need to be replaced. I know that this is going to sound petty, but my hoses were left turned on, full of water, nozzles closed. At least turn OFF the water! I'm VERY disappointed! I haven't received the bill yet, but I'm NOT a happy camper.

Then it was going to cost an arm and a leg to unclog the sewer through the roof pipe, and on top of that, they said it might not get unclogged because I didn't have a clean-out. The clean-out, service charge and getting on the roof my total for all this was outrageously expensive. Over $3000. So a neighbor of mine gave me Jim's phone number. GREAT GUY!!!!!! Came out right away (let me add it was around 6pm and no extra charge for late hrs) and gave me a very very reasonable price. The next day he came out and installed the clean-out and video inspected the rest of the sewer line FREE!!!! Who does that now a days. I chose to go with Diverse, because Roland came to our apartment and did an on-site survey and gave us a very fair quote upon inspection of our 2 story unit. We had our whole apartment cleaned.... living room, dining room, stairs, and two bedrooms. Despite it being a terrible day for carpet cleaning due to the weather (rain), Diverse did an excellent job. They really take the time to do things right! They vacuum the whole place first, then do a pre-wash & scrub, and finally a hot water extraction. Roland also threw in the spot treatment and deodorizer for free. We chose to go with an organic cleaner, over the traditional cleaner, because of our new born coming on the way. It got all the stains out no problem. The carpets dried pretty quickly, even with the bad weather. I will definitely use their service again, and highly recommend them! Super friendly and a pleasure to do business with.
