I am rating them a one because when I had an issue with a couple of damaged windows (scratched), the proprietor stated that he noticed the scratches before and assumed that I knew about them. I advised him that the window and glass doors were brand new, and the pattern of the scratches are linear and follow how they are cleaned. Moreover, I told him that they are the only company that has cleaned the windows. I have not cleaned the windows. Hence, it is why I hired them in the first place. The proprietor completely said that it was not his fault or equipment that damaged the glass. I advised him that I would not use his services from this point forward. Ultimately, he shrugged his shoulders and said ok and left my property. My suggestion to folks using this company: review all your windows and make sure they are not damaged. Take photos. However, some cameras with low resolution will not show up on the picture. Document it and have a conversation with whoever shows up to clean them and let them know about any discrepancies in the glass. Good luck.
