We booked a Double Bliss Maui Zen package which included a coco-mango facial massage, lavender hand reflexology and revitalizing mint foot reflexology. Zensation was so relaxing and fun. It doesn't look like much from outside, but inside it is pretty nice. They were professional and accomodating. I gave the guy a heads up about all my disgusting bites/welts so that he wouldn't think I had some skin problem. The oils actually helped soothe them out. Really relaxing and way more affordable than the massages offered at our hotel and on the beach. read more

Second trip to this spa and still love it. Highly recommend. Great staff, excellent massage worth it!

We had a rainy day on our honeymoon and thought we'd book a massage. All the hotel spots were ridiculously overprices, so we sought out spas in the area that had good value and reviews. Zensations was on the list, but totally booked up (with no notice, we were hardly surprised). However, we got a call back 30 minutes later saying there was a cancelation and we were able to start nearly right away! It was nice they kept our contact info just in case and they really did treat us as if we were valued repeat customers. We got the couples massage and it was very nice. There was great aromatherapy and the cadence of the appointment was well balanced. It is in a stripmall which takes a bit away form the experience, but once you're in the massage room that all fades away. Thanks for squeezing us in! read more

My husband and I recently came here for a couples massage while on our honeymoon. This was by far the BEST massage I've ever received! Perfect amount of pressure and attention to detail - especially in the head/neck area. We even went to 2 other places for massages after this one but nothing compares. I will def be back when I visit Maui again in the future. read more

Excellent massage yesterday with Renee! I can see why there are so many high ratings. Cute place that is relaxing the moment you enter. Great service, perfect pressure and the products are divine. Do not go to the big resorts for a 30-50 minute massage for $150-190! This place offers much more for a fraction of the price with better quality and more attention! Trust me - I've made the mistake! This will be my go to place every time I'm on the island. read more

My boyfriend and I called in and made an appointment for a couples massage in advance. I got a phone call from them less than 24hrs before our appointment saying oops we accidentally over booked. Are you kidding me? Then they tell me we have to reschedule you guys on another day and the next one wasn't available for a couple of days later. We are only here for a week and already made prior arrangements beforehand. I ended up just rescheduling for a day that we had some time. This was my first massage and I have to say the two lovely ladies that did our massages were great and deserve 5 stars! As for the receptionist, she was very rude and had a snarky attitude. Absolutely horrible customer service. This place has good reviews which I see why but just beware when you book with them! read more

Very nice spa, super clean, staff is sweet and helpful. I work in the beauty industry so I'm pretty picky about spas, nail salons, etc.. this place has great standards on top of a very relaxing prenatal massage! Must try! read more

Amazing spa! I have so far gotten two facials & lash tint. I plan to return monthly. Sabrina is a highly experienced aesthetician & very kind. I love the oxygen treatment/the LED lights that they use. I left with my skin glowing & totally relaxed. Can't wait to go back! read more

Definitely one of the best massages I've ever had. A great idea for those on their honeymoon!

I received a deep tissue and it was amazing. I definitely will be coming back the next time I come to Maui. great customer service. Worth every penny. read more

Wonderful massage and wonderful service! Mia is a true healer. She adjusted the pressure to what I wanted right away and really tuned in to where my body needed the most attention. I went from being near tears from pain to light as a feather. Highly recommend! read more

There isn't much more to say then "Completely Fantastic!" My partner and I have visited Maui twice in the past 6 months and both times we made two (not just one) appointments at Zensations Spa. The spa itself is clean, well staffed, and very calming. Upon arrival their host(ess) greats you with positive energy and offers water and bathroom use. They have various calming products for sale in the lobby area. Meanwhile, a water feature begins to soothe you with a relaxing trickle of sound. The couples massage room is well ventilated, clean and extremely relaxing. The two adjustable massage tables are comfortable and are draped with freshly smelling sheets. The soothing sounds of whales, nature and acoustic music relax you even before the therapists arrive. We like the Lomi Lomi massage for 90 minutes and have had Kelly T., Mia, Amy, Kari and Kawika as therapists. All of the them are extremely professional and great with their hands, arms and elbows. Do yourself a favor and skip the resort/hotel spas and enjoy Zensations Spa instead! read more

Zensations offers massage & facial treatments on par with the most prestigious spas in Hawaii. The quality of the therapists is outstanding, and from the moment you walk in Molly (the front desk manager who is outstanding) makes you feel welcomed, spoiled and obviously cared for. This boutique spa is truly a gem on the Westside of Maui! read more

My husband and I got Couples 90min. Massage Lomi lomi style. It was really great and very relaxing. Pressure was perfect, therapist were attentive and very nice. Amazing experience!!! read more

Yes, I'm giving it 5 stars for a number of reasons: 1. Friendly/Professional Front Staff 2. Super Clean 3. Massage Therapist was punctual 4. Massage Room was cozy and relaxing 5. Service was on point, macadamia scrub with facial, 90 minute service for $175 If you want more pressured massage ask! read more

Gia was amazing while massaging. She understood our requirements well, and applied the right amount of pressure to relieve the stress. Felt very relaxed after the massage, and didn't realize how the 90 minutes flew by. Will definitely go here the next time we're in Maui. Highly recommend. read more

I am a spa junkie, I search for deep tissue massages. Honestly, after my regular massage therapist at home this girl (I wish I could remember her name) was the best I've ever had away from home. I live in Vegas and lots of expensive massages that were very disappointing. Great to have a place nearby that wasn't overly expensive and worth every penny. Besides, They were very accommodating last minute! read more

My husband and I came here for a couples massage on our babymoon. I've had a few prenatal massages before (am currently 29 weeks pregnant) and this was by far the best prenatal massage (and overall great massage). Kelly and Tomika (sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong) were amazing! Most prenatal massages are more like someone gently rubbing lotion on your back (and I'm more of a deep tissue gal) but Kelly really got to all my areas of concern and it was definitely therapeutic. My husband loved his massage as well. If we lived here I would definitely be back! Would highly recommend! read more

The Staff were Great! The Price was Great! Should of gotten a massage when we arrived and one before we leave our Vacation. But most importantly we found a Great place! Oh Yeah feeling Great! read more

My daughter and I decided to try Zensations after smelling mold in our Hotel's Spa. What a wonderful Experience we had!! We both had massages by Allie and facials by Terry T. It's Wednesday and we are leaving Saturday and we are trying to rearrange our schedules so we can go back before we leave. We highly recommend Zensations. This is my first review EVER, and only because it was so great. Mahalo and Aloha read more

Love this place! Couples massage was excellent. I loved how they asked about needs in terms of pressure. Best massage in the area and reasonably priced. If in Maui again, I'll definitely be making a stop here. read more

Had a great experience here. Renee and Emily were fantastic- true professionals. If you like a massage with a lot of pressure, they are strong and can deliver. They check in a lot to see if the pressure is too strong or too light so you can adjust. Really heavenly! read more

First things first know I walked in as a skeptic and out completely satisfied. Skeptical because my last massage on Oahu was an hour session and I left feeling as if an airport massage chair would have done better. My wife and I reviewed dozens of massage locations on west Maui prior selecting a place for our couples massage - as we are celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary. Upon arrival the two female masseuses introduced themselves and helped create a beautiful environment. Regarding the massage itself! A+ rating with soft music and pleasant communication. read more

I would like to comment on the services here but I'll never get the chance to for the following reason.. We drove an hour to get here from Kihei and waited around for about 10 minutes passed our appointment time until finally we were notified that one of our therapists didn't show to work and they weren't able to find or call anyone else. We were offered an appointment the next day and when asked if there was anything that could be done for our inconvenience we were told they "weren't sure the boss would allow for that". I don't always want concessions for inconvenience but I also don't really want to push everything else on my vacation a day forward just to accommodate for poor management. So we found our favorite therapist on the island and she was able to take us immediately. The reviews for this place seem good otherwise but be aware the office appears disorganized and the employees don't seem to want to be here. read more

My husband and I got massages here twice in May. The first time both women were pretty good. Both times we paid for the lomi lomi special. The second time neither of us got lomi lomi even though that is what we paid for. Also, It happened to be my birthday and the girl I got was rolling her eyes as we walked in the door. Then she proceeded to provide a very bad massage and had an attitude the entire time. I started to get a bit anxious during the massage from all the bad energy and that has NEVER ever happened to me before. I'm not sure if I'll ever come back here and it's a shame because the other women were pretty good. read more

A 15 minute chair massage for $15?! Yes you read this right people. While in Lahaina for a mini-vaca with our friends Russ & Kar (aka Russkar) we decided to treat ourselves to mini-massages. Russ had found Zensations Spa on Yelp and raved about how much he loved it. Fifteen bucks? I think I could take the risk. I expected Zensations to be a hole because its located in a strip mall, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was actually a beautiful and tranquil retreat. There was a gentle water fountain in the waiting room that was decorated with balinese style furniture. The woman who worked the front desk was very pleasant and professional. The upright massage chair was set-up in the waiting area and one by one we got our 15 minute massages. I really enjoyed my little massage and it was a great start to my morning. Our friends Russ and Kar had previously gotten full body massages but said that they actually enjoyed the 15 minute massage more because it was just enough to loosen up all that built up lactic acid in their shoulders and necks. A word to the wise, if you don't get massages frequently you may feel a little sick after your massage. I think our massage therapist loosened up some toxins in my shoulders but didn't have the adequate amount of time to really get rid of it so it was sitting in my neck when I got home. My BF massaged it out of my neck and I was as good as new! Boy I wish I could get another 15 minute massage right now! read more

Yelp's description for what a 2 star rating is exactly what I experienced here. I've had better. MUCH better. My girlfriend and I got the 90 minute Maui Zen Package and what we received was a very small portion of what was described. I felt like there was no variety in their massaging technique. To rub our necks and backs, they used the same 3 motions over and over again. The "foot reflexology" was just them doing small squeezes to the toes and the bottom of our foot that lasted a whole...... maybe 5 minutes? They spent almost no time massaging our faces. It was really just them applying moisturizer. What was also annoying was how many times they rubbed oil all over our hair. After every massage motion around the neck, they would run their fingers through our hair and scratch our scalps and repeat. By the end of our massage, our hair was so greasy it looked like we had just gotten out of the shower and it never dried. If you go, make sure that you have no plans afterwards because you would not look presentable in any way shape or form. This was a nice establishment with very friendly staff, however, their massages really fell short for the hefty price we paid. I would not go again or recommend. read more

As a resident of Maui and an open soul that hosts an average of 20 guests per year in my home, I am always looking for the best places to experience on Maui. I have tried several spas and massage services on the island ranging from student massages to the professional services at the Grand Wailea, and Zensations Spa is truly on the top of my list. It is conveniently located in West Maui across from Kaanapali Shores on the lower road. Zensations Spa offers extremely professional services, a clean, modern and relaxing environment with easy parking (no valet or paying to park required) and affordable prices. After a busy week of working and entertaining guests, I treated myself to a 90-minute deep tissue massage. I was impressed with the quality of every product used including the linens and lotions and the over the top service including a hot-towel wrap at the end of my massage. Zensations Spa is my top recommendations for all of my personal guests that visit Maui, and as one very satisfied (and relaxed customer) I would recommend it for you too! read more

The best deep tissue massage I have ever experienced! A day after completing the Maui Half Marathon, I was pretty sore and hoped that a massage would speed up the recovery process so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation. I walked into Zensations a mess, and walked out a new woman! Michelle did an amazing job - targeting each and every tight spot. I felt so much better, I actually hugged her at the front desk. :) read more

I found Zensations when I was searching for a place to get a massage outside of the big hotels in the area. After reading the great reviews here on yelp- I booked a couples massage for my and my husband. They had pretty good availability for next days during the week for appointments, so I booked one in the early afternoon on the next day. The spa is quite peaceful and easy to find- a few minutes north of Lahaina. Two massage beds were prepared for us in a large but cozy spa room which had a cool water fixture and beautiful zen paintings on the walls. The room was dim, music super relaxing and the aroma therapy was kickin'. Everything was very zenned out. Our massage was about an hour long. The therapists were fantastic! We both had a really nice experience here. Great price too- $187 for both of us. I would like to return for another massage and maybe a facial too next time! Mahalo! xo read more

I enjoy being pampered and have been to plenty of spas in Napa and the SF Bay Area. My husband knows that and so for my birthday he booked me a spa package here that included a scrub and a massage. It was one of the best spa treatments I have recieved in a long time. My skin was so smooth and glowing from the scrub. My tired body was rejuvinated! Even without the fancy amenities that I am used to having, like the steam room, showers, hot tubs, lockers, plush robes, fruit platters, spa water and flavored teas this place gets 5 stars on their excellent service and treatments. I should also mention that this was my second time here in the last 17 months. It was worth coming back to. read more

My partner and I booked a 60-minute Double Bliss Maui Zen Package for Two, based solely on the great reviews we found online, plus the fact that it was across the street from the condo we were able to find for our somewhat last-minute trip to Maui. We thought the price was incredibly reasonable so there was not much to lose. When we arrived at our condo we were somewhat worried about the look of Zensations across the street - it's just in a random strip center. Looked clean but not anything spectacular or noteworthy. Appearances can be deceiving, though, as we had a great experience. Worry not, this place is legitimate and clean! Upon entering the facility, there is an instant sensation of peacefulness and calm. There's a great aroma immediately inside the doors. When we arrived, we were instantly greeted at the front desk; they already knew who we were and confirmed our appointment/services. We were asked to sit and wait in the lobby, but within two or three minutes we were then greeted by our massagists (is that what I should call them?) and taken to a double room. Not going to go into great detail, just going to say this: We both agreed that we experienced the best massages we've ever had, and we've tried different spas on Hawaiian vacations and various places back home in Northern California, paying significantly more than we did at Zensations. The two women who worked with us were appropriately zen-cheerful, quickly and succinctly surveyed our conditions, and went straight to work in the utmost professional manner. We loved that we went straight in, got an incredible massage, and got out. The Double Bliss Maui Zen package is a great session; incredibly relaxing massage that was almost chiropractic in nature, plus focus on hands, feet and face via massage. We both left feeling completely readjusted, and while a bit sore this morning, it's a good, right-kind-of sore. I'd call this a no-frills place, but that doesn't do Zensations justice. If you're into fussiness, yes, head to the Ritz, but if you're wanting to maximize your island vacation time, go to Zensations, get completely worked over, find an hour of true zen, and get back to your vacation. So glad we gave this place a try! read more

Great spot, decently priced and best of all, relaxing! My brother in law tried this place and he said his masseuse, Sara, really help alleviate his sciatica pain in his leg. Everyone here was super friendly. My mom and I enjoyed our massage. Who wouldn't like 80 mins of bliss and relaxation? read more

My husband and I regularly get massages 1-2x a month, therefore we are not new to massages & have been to numerous massage therapists. I checked Yelp for a nearby & highly rated massage spa. Zensations Spa in Lahaina is conveniently located 3 miles from the townhouse in Napili. I called Friday morning to see if we could get in since my shoulder area was bothering me after snorkeling. They could not accommodate us that day, which is understandable for 90 minutes. However, they offered an appointment that fit our schedule for Saturday afternoon. My husband & I booked a 90 minute couples massage ($250) with Jessica & Rachel. It is located in a all strip mall. The store front doesn't look like much, but as soon as you walk through the door it feels welcoming. There was a couple at the front desk as we walked in. The receptionist quickly greeted us with a friendly smile & by our first names. She asked us to make ourselves comfortable. We sat for only a minute and the ladies were ready for us. They led us to the couples room & it had a very relaxed atmosphere. These two women are awesome! Jessica gave me a deep tissue (extra $20) & worked out 90% of my deep knots from my trapezoid just under the shoulder blade. The remaining 10% was very knotted and deep which will take another session to completely work out. Rachel listened to my husband's concerns & took the time to find what bothered him & gently worked it out that left him feeling amazing without feeling "roughed up". All the women there have the Aloha Spirit & it is also evident in their work. Mahalo nui loa for an amazing experience. read more

While I'm not a complete regular to getting massages, I've had quite a few. There is a person at home that I love. Second to her was the massage at Zensations. Great pressure, truly relieving and relaxing all over and worked a kink out that was incurred well after I ever scheduled. This visit went from simply being a nice enjoyable morning on our 10 year anniversary trip to being a needed trip. Save your money from a beachside massage, and save even more money from a massage at a resort. Give them you money for a nice room and some food and drinks. But for your massage, do yourself a favor and head here! read more

Don't waste your time spending $200+ on treatments at the resorts. This place has by far some of the best massage therapists on the island. My fiance and I came here after reading so many positive Yelp reviews. We are kind of experienced when it comes to massages, as we get them regularly at home-so we definitely have expectations. We knew this place was in a strip mall, and weren't expecting much when we arrived. There's plenty of parking (and it's free) which is a plus, and the waiting area is nicely decorated. The lady at the front counter was also very nice. The room itself was great. Since we had a couples massage it was very large. The beds had some of the best sheets I have ever had during a massage-extremely plush! My therapist knew I liked my massages firm, and she did not disappoint. Overall, the entire massage was very nice. I felt extremely relaxed and ready to take on the day. My only complaint was the temperature of the room, which was VERY cold! It's difficult to relax when the room is so chilly. I'm cold blooded to begin with, but even my fiance mentioned it got pretty chilly towards the end of the massage. If you're like me and get cold easily, I would probably mention this when I make the appt. so that they have everything necessary to make your massage comfortable. I'm sure they would accommodate this. I also had a little issue with the amount of sound coming into the room, but that's pretty typical with most smaller spa's. All the therapists and clients did their best to speak in a low voice, but things like the washing machine, toilet, and hard soled shoes on the tile could be heard (and pretty loudly). Besides that, everything was great. When we return to Maui we will definitely be back! read more

I could not give enough praises for everyone that work in this place! I booked a couple's Lomi Lomi massage first thing one Saturday morning; they were there ready and waiting for us as they opened their doors. We booked the couple's 60 minute Lomi Lomi massage. We can honestly say that this was the best massage we've ever had! Never had we had a massage that left us so relaxed, that all we felt like doing right after is to crawl into bed and back to sleep! We'll be back, and will book the 90 min couple's massage next time.. read more

The most amazing experience EVER!! Make sure to make an appointment EARLY!!! My girlfriend and I were treated by our husbands and shared the couples room. We got the ultra Lux Spa the best 110 minutes and money we have ever spent. Kawika and Renee were AMAZING!! It starts with a body scrub and then this sensational coconut moisturiser followed by a cocooning of a heated blanket. I felt like a baby in a womb!! Then comes the scalp massage with a face massage. Then they unwrap you and the full body massage starts ... no problem telling them I wanted a little more pressure in the massage. It was kept the WHOLE massage. read more

For our trip to Maui; I wanted to treat my BF to a nice couples massage, so I did some research. I narrowed it down to 2 places, but ultimately decided on Zensations because of the services offered and reviews posted. We really enjoyed our 90 minute "Double Bliss Maui Zen Package for Two!" that also included a mango facial. The 2 women (I can't remember their names) were really great - introducing themselves (I swear they're twins!) and asking us about our pressure preferences. The lady working the reception desk seemed a little standoffish, like we weren't welcomed there - but I made the appointment and I was going to enjoy it, damn it! If you're ever in the area and want to treat yourself and/or someone else - look up their services and pick something to totally indulge in, because YOU DESERVE IT!! read more
