My daughter's car was broke down on Route 81 between the Hazleton and West Hazleton exit. I called my insurance provider and they contacted Zeiners to tow the vehicle. Since the car was only inches off the interstate, I contacted the dispatcher at Zeiners to inform him of my precarious situation. He told me the tow truck would arrive in approximately 45 minutes. After an hour with cars and trucks speeding by with no tow truck in sight, I called Zeiners back to check on the status of the situation. Dude I'm still waiting on that tow truck out here on interstate 81,how much longer? The reply: You know what,get somebody else to tow the vehicle and hangs up on me. I contacted my insurance provider who arranged to have another tow service ,who arrived in 15 minutes with no drama. read more
