It's just a good dependable no-nonsense source of healing relaxation and well being with fantastic budtenders like Ken and the woman I call Snakesister (because we have very similar tatttoos!) and so I haven't learned her name. And anyway I just went so I'm lit and can't remember. Let my lapse here serve as testament to quality of the product. Consistency and value rule!

I wanted to leave a review because every time I've come in, Courtney has been incredibly kind,…read moreknowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She always takes the time to listen and recommend products based on what I'm actually looking for instead of rushing through the interaction. I've been dealing with a medical situation that caused me to rely on cannabis for relief, especially with sleep. For the first time in 3 years, I was finally able to sleep through the night without constantly waking up because of a product she recommended to me. That honestly meant more than I can explain. You can tell Courtney truly cares about helping people and knows what she's talking about. I'm really grateful for her help and wanted to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves.

I asked Paulina for help with what products I should buy because I'm not a daily smoker. She helped to settle my symptoms and, even IN POLISH, she recommended herbs that were medicine for me. Also, the products and THC levels for a nerd like me helped me sleep at night, so I didn't need medications for sleep. PLEASE recognize her. Also, she takes her time with customers, so you can call me 2243631109 - Dominik. I live in woodstock. I rather drive to LITH Rise to get my medicine. Thank you Paulina, among many awesome employees there I love coming and shopping at LITH Rise.

I've ALWAYS had the the best experiences possible - Starting with the Consistently Eloquently Welcoming and extremely kind greeting attendants, Outside - EVERY person in that position has welcomed me/us with warmth and positivity - Yes, Every person, in all these visits, all these years! Wow! Rain and shine, summer and winter . . . Inside, the supportive, educational attitudes are likewise, a stellar quality . . . In Everyone on Staff. And I need "help", I have questions - - no one has ever made me feel that I'm anyone but a Respected Patron. Not "uneducated", Ever! My needs, as a medical-use patient, might be more focused than some - I've found the variety of products to be more than what I could possibly sample. AH! But the SALES prices are Terrific! I follow the sales, and stock up, (I freeze in air-proof packets) whenever I can, as my parameters allow. The adjunctive use of the medical marijuana Mindy's edible 50/50 products for my own fibromyalgia pain, is remarkable I'm going back Tomorrow - and I think you'll be greatly pleased if, You Go, Too!

I started in 2018 with 3C in Naperville and stayed when they switched to RISE medical AND REC. I…read moremoved and now the Joliet location is easier- less of a selection. A few weeks ago I got an email from Rise, that I found to be AWFUL to send out, ESPECIALLY to MEDICAL PATIENTS. They are supporting rec users become MEDICAL, they will have access to OUR ALREADY LIMITED MED INVENTORY. MANY OTHER REASONS. It's being PROMOTED in the store when you walk in- One of the reasons the sign states compares MED taxes vs REC taxes. It was at 12:26 on 4/30- TODAY. Today a woman walked fast to get inside before me, I didn't care. She got in the REC line- She is NOT a medical patients. She is a recreational cannabis user not being used as medication your doctors want you to try or take. The guy was rude and not helpful at all about my capsule questions and was just rushing. As I walked away I saw the REC lady walk right up to him, the MEDICAL PATIENT said something about it, I did not hear what she said, but she said something. The REC lady said no I've been waiting, it was about 3 minutes. THE EMPLOYEE SAID- YEAH SHE'S BEEN WAITING LONGER. THAT'S NOT THE POINT OF A MEDICAL LINE OR MEDICAL CANNABIS. To SELL MORE, you're PROMOTING people WITHOUT THE HEALTH NEEDS FOR IT TO get a MEDICAL CARD for savings and to dip into your SMALL POT OF MED INVENTORY AS IS. I've since I received that email, switched to CURALEAF in NEW LENOX- They are VERY helpful, never rush, DO NOT treat MEDICAL patients differently, and many other things but I'm tiring of typing. **I've only. been there if I NEED a product they DON'T have. 2018-2026 I've used 3C and then RISE. I am super disappointed as a med patient- I jumped through hoops to get my medical card and my doctor and that process is very expensive, and obviously insurance does not cover a dime. Fingerprints, mini photo, background check ETC. I'll never return UNLESS I can't find a product I need ANYWHERE else. Rise Joliet is really getting bad. The Naperville location was no where near as bad as this location. Try again. But you did lose a patient TODAY that has supported RISE since 2018-2026. Good Luck!
