On one of my most recent visits, my card was taken and NOT returned to me. Because a voicemail was never left even though there was an apparent "attempt" to reach me (not apparent to ME, as I did not have a missed call. But ... sure), I thought *i* had mistakenly misplaced my card which I am usually very careful with. I was close enough to my expiration and directed to renew my card at that point so I did so. After receiving a new card, I attempted to pick up an order, giving the attendant my money ($150 in cash) and the new card. However, after a long wait that is typical for this location, the same bubble headed curbside girl with braids told me they could not help me until the "first card" was expired. (The card that was actually still SITTING IN THEIR FACILITY!) She did not even hand me my money back! When I asked, "Okay, if you can't help me, can I get my $150 back?!", she looked perplexed and suspicious--- as if it was on ME or I was trying to trick her. Of course, upon going back inside, she told me she discovered she'd just left my money sitting on the counter...... not a great sign of the people they have working there, honestly. Later that evening, the one competent employee they have there (the taller male manager) called me to apologize. He said THEY had accidentally taken my card and like the money, hadn't given it back. Or made a real effort to let me know that it was sitting in their vault for a few weeks. I drove back to retrieve my card and my order, and despite my immeasurable irritation at the incompetence of their curbside runner that had set this all in motion, I kept my mouth shut and tried to move on. I placed several more orders at this facility and never complained about the insane inconvenience. Until tonight. When I stopped by tonight, 7/22 to the Malvern location once again, I was met with a newer curbside attendant I had not met before. She was, without question, the rudest employee I've ever encountered at this facility. She told me my "card was declined" (???) and that my "payment must be due". I assured her she was wrong, I just renewed for another year with a new card I was FORCED TO GET BECAUSE OF YOUR ENPLOYEE'S INCOMPETENCE.... Everything was up to date and I had both my 2026 card expiring end of July AND my new card expiring July 2027. I asked her to please try both just in case, as I am ALWAYS diligent with my payments and fees. Instead, She refused, pointing the finger of blame squarely on me, like I was an idiot wasting her time. As I was bringing up my patient portal via the PA MMJ website, she clearly didn't feel like waiting and told me it "might take a while"-- so she just WALKED AWAY. I still took the time to double check. I was absolutely correct and no payment was due via the site until 2027. The girl begrudgingly came back outside, took my card, then told me she still couldn't help me. So I asked to speak to someone higher on the totem pole (and hopefully a little better at interacting with clients). Cue the manager, a red haired man with a thick beard and zero desire to assist me with my issue. He started with the same blame game: "well did you pay the fees?" Oh do you mean the double fees? For the card YOU neglected to return or the NEW card I was forced to order due to YOUR mistake? I pulled up the PA MMJ site and showed him firsthand that the mistake was NOT on my end. He visibly did not know what to do which only increased my frustration. After a few useless and bumbling "sorry, I don't think I can help with this", I left. Not only will I never be coming to this or any other zen leaf again, I will leave a multitude of reviews on different platforms to warn all considering Zen Leaf. I will also be posting on my extensive social media accounts to my followers to avoid this zen leaf like the plague. I've reached out to the state of Pennsylvania as well to notify them of the unsavory practices at this particular branch, although I'm hoping the corporate heads that own Zen leaf will take these complaints seriously now that they're being contacted formally as well. read more

I had a pretty great dispenser tell me exactly the kind of stuff i needed, and what terpenenes was in what and what for. Yes i do need migraine relief, nausea, inflammatory assistance, appetite increase, insomnia... yada yada, and a good day time one too for creativity, household chores, or adventures in the outdoor, and yes each strain was exactly what was needed for that moment. Was happy with whatever special they had for getting rid of a lot of inventory. Wish i took more advantage of that super sale. I saved so much money! Hopefully will be out there again read more

They have horrible customer service here The security doesn't do their jobs and they just sit around eating sandwiches when they should be directing curb side pick up. They don't care whether or not you get your things. They can go to hell. People there just altogether suck. read more

I am a new Pennsylvania medical cannabis patient and I came to TerraVida recently. I had to fill out my medical paperwork just like any doctors office. My physician recommended indica for me to calm my anxiety and stress related to my condition. TerraVida has many many options to choose from. I decided to purchase a disposable vape pen and some medical flower. I enjoyed both very much and am excited to try more medication to see what I like best for my needs. I would definitely recommend this shop as my budtender Sarah was very educated and explained the different products to me. The place is cash only so either stop by Wawa atm machine or use theirs for a small fee. Next time I will bring more cash so I can try more things. I am very pleased. The waiting area looks clean and friendly. There is coffee/tea for patients waiting. Even small set of toys and blocks if you have to bring your minor child with you. I like that they also have online ordering and devices for purchase. I have been wanting to try the volcano so hopefully by Christmas I can get that :) read more

To take and say that the associates at this dispensary are less than helpful would be an understatement. When you review the menu for the location that you wish to visit you will see many wonderful choices. Go to online reservations to place an order - it is a different story - very few if any of the high quality products that you saw are actually available. Contact the location and engage in an online conversation and you will be told that they may (or may not) have said products in stock, can't take reservations. Basically "bait and switch" that would sound like a recreational rather than medical dispensary. read more

I really contemplated NOT writing this review, but after coming back home and thinking about it I feel its important. First time in building purchasing product, I had done online pick up before. I like how professional almost all I encountered today. But, I found the pharmacist I saw to be really lacking. I have already had my initial pharmacist visit at another provider. Today, I made an appointment at 2pm at Terra Vida for a pharmacist visit. I arrived at 1:45, joined the 7 other customers waiting outside (totally appropriate covid protocol). When I called for my appointment I was told I would get a phone call when it was my appointment time. I finally got to the front of the line, told the gentleman working the door I had an appointment with the pharmacist at 2 and was told he would get me in when there was space. No problem, I finally went in and at reception I also mentioned my appointment and was told okay. At 2:30 I was called into the purchasing area, and I asked my bud tender about my appointment with the pharmacist. The bud tender very kindly took my paperwork out of the room and came back and said he got me a spot.with the pharmacist. One hour after my scheduled appointment I finally saw the pharmacist. He never said his name, he never really even greeted me, and certainly didn't ask me.any questions to assess my current medical conditions. I finally said what I was there for, he offered some suggestions and told me to ask my bud tender for a better idea of what was in stock. Done, I walked out the door to wait again. Once in the purchasing area I had a very competent bud tender who listened to me and help me choose my product. I am writing because my experience with the pharmacist at Apothecarium was so much more helpful. She knew.product in shock by her computer, offered suggestions and gave me price and type of delivery method of medicine options. I felt comfortable and listened to, I also get a.10% discount. If you know what you need and have no use for a pharmacist to guide you, TerraVida is great. Very frustrated with a lack of customer service. I have high levels of PTSD. I went early today this morning to pick up my capsuls ahead of the crowds - I take them everyday at a 1:1 ratio of THC - CBD. The dispensary is a 30 minute ride from my home. When I got home, I looked at the pills I was given and noticed they had given me a 10:1 ratio which won't work for me. I called before heading back to get the pills I originally asked for and asked if I could speak with the Malvern office. They would not let me speak with the local, Malvern, office. When I arrived to exchange the incorrect pills I was given - the line was out the door and extremely long. They also were not practicing social distancing so given today's issues, I was not going to subject myself to possible exposure waiting who knows how long in that line. With my PTSD - I was not going to wait on this long line. I had already invested several hours through no fault of my own. I realize accidents happen and we are all human, but why would they not accommodate me and do a simple exchange 10:1 pills for 1:1. They are the same price and the boxes are almost identical. Bottom line, it would take 10 seconds to make right the mistake they made. Instead, I have the wrong pills and will have to drive the 30 minutes on another day. Very frustrating and unfortunate. What a wonderful experience! From the greeting at the front door to the very informative consultation everything about the experience was even better than I expected! It was a tad daunting given the scope of their menu, but it was easily broken down and any anxiety about the process was alleviated. If every business was this friendly, proactive, helpful and informative it would be fabulous. Everyone is knowledgable and personable and answered every question I had. I went there this morning with an online order already placed. I drove from Lancaster so I was already on edge about the drive. When I got there they had other products I did not see on the daily menu. They were very polite and changed my order for me. So I actually got medicine I didn't realize they had. First Anniversary was so sad I must say its better to not offer anything, when you offer food from 11am-2pm its basically offering it to very few people and it makes you look really cheap. Their online menu showed product was available so I drove an hour to get there and was told upon arrival that they were sold out. Before leaving I heard a delivery was in progress so several other customers and I waited. After about ten minutes some ignorant loud mouthed woman comes out from behind her counter yelling that we were loitering and needed to leave. Nice & knowledgeable staff and you can typically find products for a good price, less than surrounding dispensaries. They also have a very wide selection of everything. But-- I've begun going to a different dispensary because they have a rewards program where you get points for your purchase and can claim up to $80 off. I've done some research and have found a few other dispensaries with rewards programs and it is personally a big factor for me (I'm broke lol). Terra Vida Holistic Centers are the best medical marijuana dispensaries in PA! They survey their patients to see what products are the most popular and keep those products in stock. They have the lowest prices around and the staff are always warm and welcoming and make you feel very comfortable. They have an express lane for customers who have been there before and know what they want. I literally spent 3 minutes in there on my last visit. They do not honor or care one bit about scheduled pick up times or scheduled curbside pick ups. My last two trips to the Malvern store have been nothing short of a massive headaches. The first in store pick up was delayed over an hour because even though I had already placed my order online they do not have any separate pick up option besides waiting in line with anyone who walks up. Completely wasting my time to be polite and order ahead of time I still had to wait over an hour to just simply pick up my order. So after this terrible experience I thought to try the curbside pick up option. I was disappointed to find it was just as bad as in store pick up. I scheduled a pickup time for 545-6:00pm and it took two phone calls to the operator line and 15 minutes past 6pm to even have them come and check me in. Then it took about 25 minutes for my order to be brought out to the car. Meanwhile I arrived a few minutes prior to my 545 curbside pick up window but didn't actually get to leave with my order until 645pm. Again what the hell was the point of placing an order online for curbside pick up when I ultimately could have gotten my medicine faster by just walking up with no order or appointment. read more
