There, in the bottom two shelves was their collection of what we needed. It wasn't a huge selection, but enough to make an informed choice. Melatonin was well represented, but I wanted something with a broader spectrum of natural compounds and herbs that worked together and allowed that people react differently to supplements, thus increasing the chance that one or more ingredients would be effective, even if others were not. I found something with both melatonin and valerian root and 7 other natural elements that have shown usefulness relaxing and helping move toward and into sleep. It seems to be working so far.
